I can't believe I even remembered our host name. Which was Sam. He upgraded us to a more quite suite. A beautiful clean room with an amazing view of the city. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Calgary. It was close to great amenities.
They went out of their way to assist me in any way I needed. Staff was always polite, helpful and friendly. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Best home away from home. This is my #1 hotel in Calgary.
I would not recommend the restaurant. The breakfast was cold and when I sent it back. It came back with the eggs hard and still cold. They were good enough to comp me for it. I would also have to say that the service was very poor in the restaurant as well.
We wanted 3 days in Calgary to finish off our mini tour of Western Canada. The Ramada suited our price range and was well situated within easy reach, either walking or by c. train, to all the places that we wanted to visit
From the moment I walked in the valet team, Guest Check-in and check out team, Concierge, the room attendants, late night servie at char-cut restaurant and the servers at the free breakfast in the morning were all outstanding. I was WOW'd! The attention to detail and looking after me as the guest was their top priority. I will be back!

We arrived Friday evening and check in was quick and easy. We paid to park underground and drove right in. We stayed two nights and had to get both our room keys reactivated on the Saturday, but the staff at the front desk did this quickly. We also had to get our parking pass reactivated as we got an "invalid" code when we tried to leave. Again the staff did this quickly, and had remembered me and my room number when I went yo get this done. On Sunday morning walking down the hall the cleaning staff were all welcoming and friendly, and sympathetic when my young daughter showed off her scraped knee. Checkout was quick, and again very friendly. We again had the problem of getting out of the parkade, but used the intercom this time. Not the best decision. That called to the company managing it, not the hotel. It would have been quicker to go back to the front desk for the new card.
