Overall this was just a place to stay. area of the hotel was good seemed safe. Easy access to the highway and gas station. The property is dated and could use some enhancements. Heater never got warm so room was freezing cold. No extra blanket in the room and those provided were like sheets. The walls are super thin and made it hard to get rest. Could hear the person above walking sounded like they would fall threw the floor hall way noice easily heard.

The breakfast saw subpar at best, no pepper to flavor the powder eggs. And the beds were absolutely criminal, worst bed I’ve ever slept in a hotel and we stay at a lot of different hotels! Do better, la Quinta should be embarrassed

The waffle maker makes waffles in the shape of Texas. Good breakfast. One evening The staff let us eat a meal broight in at the breakfast eating area, turning on lights and giving us the tv remote. Good bright lighting in bathroom but only an upholstered chair in room, no chair at desk. Frig and mw. Good bed.

We didn't have much interaction with staff but when we did everyone was nice and polite. Building is a bit dated and therefore somethings were just in general used conditions. Overall it was a decent stay and if needed we stay again.

There were no bedside lamps so you had to keep big full light on to see when a lamp would have worked at night no tv guide could never figure out how to change channels the guy from front desk did come up and tried to help finally brought us a guid but it was still no help just glad we weren’t here to spend much time in room

If I could give this place a negative 1 I would. First off the other guests were so noisy that that I moved my room during my visit and it was still noisy. I diidnt get ant rest. On top of that the room wasnt clean. I noticed crumbs, water bugs and mold throughout my room. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

All was good in the property however their business service that was advertised in the description never worked. The Pc was broken and printer was out of commission had to drive to staples to print out 40 pages for $20. Was not very happy since I needed printing and pc service and made sure this hotel had a buisness service call them and ask if it working before renting out their conference meeting room.

The only thing that was good about the one night we stayed at this property was the understanding of the desk supervisor the morning we decided to leave. Mechanically this property is awful; cleanliness is pretty poor also. Bad decision to try and stay here.

I requested our room be cleaned twice and it was not. The garbage was only collected once. I had to request towels twice. There was no access to change to do laundry (not available at desk) and the juices at the breakfast were watered down. Our room key did not work a total of 3 times during our 4 night stay, we had to make a trip to the desk to have it reloaded.

Gross hotel with poor service
Room was gross, the couch looked like it came out of a dumpster. Bed was sagging in the middle and propped up with a piece of wood. There was scum on the bedside table. When we asked for pillows for the extra pull out bed, they said they didn’t have any. They brought up a rollaway bc the couch bed was so nasty, and the rollaway had bloodstains on it. As far as service, there was no one at the desk when we came to check in, I was walking up and down the hallways and calling for someone for a while. We stayed here last year and it was about the same, but I thought it was a fluke. So, safe to say I won’t be staying again. We stay here bc the pet fees were low, but it seems they hiked those up too. So there’s now no reason to stay here, go elsewhere.

Not too bad to stay at for one night. We got in around 3am and the front desk girl was very polite and helpful. Checking out was a breeze. Shower head was kinda meh. I love that this place is pet friendly and doesn’t charge an arm and leg for their pet fees.
