“Great hotel in Edinburg!”

I booked my hotel through Expedia at the last minute and when I arrived at hotel, my room was immediately ready for me to check-in. Staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Great hotel!

“NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

We drove for 5 hours, arrived at 9:30pm. It was not the right room. We requested an upgrade and paid the difference. by then it was 10:15 pm. we had not had dinner. the clerk called us soon as we got to our room and said SHE had made a mistake and undercharged us and wanted US to pay for her mistake. After 20 minutes of her persistance, my husband kept asking her to let us speak to the manager but she would not allow it. He told her she was keeping us from our plans and keeping us from going to dinner and to sleep. He told her we'd take care of it in the morning and hung up on her. She ruined our evening and our dinner, we ended up buying old, cold burritos from the convenient store next door. Needless to say our evening WAS RUINED!!!

“Dissapointed”

Without services that drived me to book there such as wireless. Not good at cleanliness. Not good breakfast quality and variety.

“Very clean, excelent condition, worth each cent.”
