“You get what you pay”

Can't complain about the price. But room furnitures were deficient. Most of the furnishing must be refurbished. Rooms and almost all of the hotel areas had a smell of tobacco.

“Not Impressed”

I have stayed in other hotels in smoking rooms and the other hotels try to freshing up the rooms this hotel did not. There were roaches in the mini freg and on the night stand when we woke up.

“Bad smell”

Our room wasn't ready at 4:00 p.m., so we left our luggage in it and asked that they finish making it up. When we returned they'd changed the room instead without telling us, moving our luggage and disabling our keys. The worst part, though, was the room smelled horrible, and the couch should have been thrown out it was so funky. Definitely not a repeater.

“Worst Hotel Management”

The management team is horrible. I can't be believe this hotel is part of the Wyndham chain. There were some small minor things like a/c in room not working, bathroom smelled, but was fixed. My issue was management. They charged me for a hot breakfast which I paid for, but found out the first morning that there were out of meat. I was told by their manager it's not their fault, it's the vendor and if I could wait half an hour the meat would be brought in and cooked. I travel on business so I'm on a time crunch,. I request for my money back, which the manager stated only the owner can do that. I later checked out earlier that day and requested for the owner. I find out from another employee that they cannot refund my money either and the person I spoke to earlier was the hotel manager. I called the next day ( i was already checked out the night before) and she said she can't help me out because it not her problem. In addition I was still in the system as being checked in even though I checked out the night before. To my astonishment I wanted to spek to the owner, and get his contact information. The manager refused to give me the information. She hung up on me, not once, not twice, but THREE Times! This is the first and last that my office will be allowed to stay at this hotel. In addition, this experience will get forwarded to Wyndham Customer Service. How dare that hotel say that they excel in customer service!

“I would come back....”

love location, its really close to shopping centers, great service and hotbreakfast....I just had a con...and a really disgusting one, we found 3 little Cockroaches inside the room!...despite this, the room was really clean, but definately a disgusting fact.

“Convenient and Great”

This location in relation to where I was visiting was beyond convenient and right by the highway. Clean, friendly, efficient is all I can say about this Knight's Inn. Recommended.

“Decent Hotel at a Fair Price.”

Decent Hotel at a Fair Price. Rooms are OK. Service not very good I was waiting at the front desk for more than 5 minutes until one lady appear. You can not check-in before 3PM (be aware of this if you want to arrive a little earlier to the hotel). Breakfast is not include. Location and parking lot space are good. I will stay again in this hotel.

McAllen, Edingburg and Mission -> More stores for shopping. Mercedes -> An outlet mall is there.

“Good hotel... good location and good prices...”

Well, this is my second time in this hotel.... The last one I was with my 2 kids, and was great, very close to other places, nice pool... and a good price...!!
