“good hotel, good service at the front and restaurant, rooms CLEANLESS”

the hotel needs to have people in charge to send people to clean the rooms, we were 3 days at days inn and nobody cleaned our room for those days, i'll say that you guys have a pretty awesome location, good service at the restaurant and front desk, even the rooms are spacious and nice, but you guys most to have a maid or people to clean the rooms, from 1 to 5 = 4

malls are pretty close and even outlets, if someone want to cross over the border to Mexico its a great location closer to phar and mission bridges

“Me cobraron 80 dólares de más”

Llegué al hotel a las 10 de la noche con todo ya pagado y al pedir al gerente que me cambiara de un cuarto con una sola cama a uno con dos camas, me cobró 20 dolares mas por noche arbitrariamente. El tamaño de la habitación no cambió. No vuelvo nunca. Por el precio que acabé pagando hubiera podido estar en un mejor hoitel.
