Air-conditioned accommodations at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa offer minibars and welcome amenities. Rooms open to balconies. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas. Satellite television is provided. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, bathrobes, makeup/shaving mirrors, and phones.
Rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and safes, as well as direct-dial phones with voice mail. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers. In-room massages, extra towels/bedding, and wake-up calls can be requested. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

“Spectacular rooms and view, costly services”
My wife and I traveled to this resort for honeymoon and were stunned with how beautiful the lobby is when we first arrived. We were greeted with tropical drinks and led to a comfortable seating area overlooking the beach while the front desk processed our check-in. Then an administrator walked us along the grounds to our room, where we were again blown away with the beautifully manicured hotel gardens. The room itself was quite spacious with a walk-out veranda and direct view of the gardens and ocean; in fact almost all rooms have an ocean view given the orientation of the hotel as a whole. The entire staff was exceedingly polite and friendly. The private beach is ideal for lounging in the sun on the hotel's comfortable lounge chairs, you can order food or drinks directly from the beach if you like. The pool is also stunning with an impressive waterfall feature. All in all, absolutely comfortable and enjoyable stay at a great resort. BUT, the prices of services and amenities are considerably high. Buffet dinner for 2 cost $130 USD not including tip (by contrast, we had a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant for $25 USD). Prices for internet access are ridiculous. They have rates for hourly, daily, and weekly. Hourly was about $18, while weekly was around $160. There was an $11 tray charge for room service, and prices do not reflect a 15% tax charge, which meant a burger and fries cost $33. So again the resort is breathtaking, but be prepared to spend a lot for services.
“Not Impressed”
Found the staff unhelpful and somewhat rude. Quite often couldn't use any of the water sport equipment as the tide was too low. Dolphin tours where cancelled for the week for this very reason. Everything is overpriced in the resort, we paid $60 for sunscreen!!!! We ended up hiring a car so we could drive to restaurants outside the hotel.
“A Christmas treat.”
A well managed, well staffed hotel with excellent customer services team who take a real interest in sorting out any issues or requirements. We had a really pleasant and relaxing Christmas break. The food was generally good, the A la Carte restuarants were excellent. I was there on a room-only rate so we also ate in the local towns... lets just say that the Hilton was more akin to central London prices, particularly for drinks! The beach front is beautiful, but be aware that the water is a logoon from Tamarin to Flic-en-Flac. Makes for warm bathing... but the sailing is not really practical except for a few hours around high-tide.

Hotel très confortable dans un cadre raffiné . Jardins , piscines , chambres bien intégrées dans un espace paysager en bordure de plage .

Accueil, chambres, activités et emplacement parfaits. Juste un reproche: le coût de la connexion Internet qui est exorbitant.
