“Great hotel experience”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great. I was originally scheduled to stay only 1 night. I stayed over a 2nd night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Very Satisfied”

Was able to arrive early and check in for only a one-night stay with wife and kids. The front desk attendant showed that she didn't have the 2 queen room that I had booked. She was able to upgrade me to another room at the same price. I was very happy and the kids really liked the room.

What a pleasant surprise to find such a clean, beautiful hotel, with such warm, friendly people working at it. You never know what you're really going to get. I did rely on the reviews of previous patrons which were all glowing, and I have to say they were all correct! The complementary breakfast is abundant and fresh, the eggs tasted like real eggs, not the stiff kind some places offer. The coffee and cookies that are there to take whenever you want is a nice touch, and the breakfast to go bags are also a great idea. The commute into Chicago in the morning to hit the sites was about 25-35min with some traffic, but not bad. This was during the work week. I felt safe being out of the city, but not so far that it was inconvenient. There are also lots of restaurants close by the hotel, and stores too, but the hotel itself is back off the main road near a very nice subdivision.

We enjoyed our hotel stay and would stay there again. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and the eway. We had a beautiful vday party and everyone enjoyed the hotel environment.

This is a great hotel. The staff was very courteous and customer oriented. We stayed in the King Suite.... Great Room. Extremely comfortable bed. Just the right size, and the internet access was useful.

“Comfortable for us”

Staff were very accommodating, even went out of their way to find salad dressing for some food we had delivered. Breakfast was good with a few nice hot choices (oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal). Nice lobby area for small get-togethers. Fitness center small but adequate.

“Birthday hotel sleepover”

This is a great place to stay. The entire stay was very friendly and professional. It was home away from home. The breakfast was a good variety. The breakfast clerk Shawna even help assist with waffles for 8 10 year olds. Also want to give special thanks to Brandon, Thea, Alexis and Manager Ms.Davis who assisted me accommodations. Keep up the good work guys. You all really define great customer service.
