Fun at Foxwoods
Hotel is very nice. Some of the food options were closed (assuming because of COVID). The hotel room was nice with lots of “clean stickers” on items; however I found a used qtip on the bathroom floor so I don’t know how much cleaning was actually done. Other than that it was a good stay.

Had to walk to country mile just to get to the front desk front doors are not available to guests room was supposed to be smoke-free but smelled of smoke no safe in the room and most things are closed during the week very limited hours to what is open wish we had known ahead of time probably would not have gone.

terrible service. Lack of food.
The hotels website stated the casino is closed Thursday at 2 am until noon. That was a complete lie. The casino slots never closed. Website should have been accurate and specific. Also there is a restaurant called the red lantern in fox tower which is also not on Foxwoods website. The website did not state where to go to get a grab and go sandwich. It want until about 8 pm the bar out a sign up watering they have the grab and go sandwiches and sell them there. All the food courts in foxtower were closed. Sabarro. Panda Express. The deli. You have to walk to grand Pequot which was far. There were no security guards around Thursday night to ask for help. All restaurants like hard rock and Panera are only open fri sat and sun. Good luck finding food. Not one staff was at the area where you enter the hotel elevator. The staff desk was empty. They seem to be on phase 1 due to the pandemic. It was horrible and I never thought I’d see the day I say Foxwoods was horrible.

Our stay at the Fox Tower
The fox tower was very clean and the room was very nice. Casinos were clean and you felt safe when gambling. Everyone was wearing a mask and plexiglass separated everyone. Only slightly disappointing thing was that not all restaurants were open and the buffet was closed.

The room that i got was not clean at all!! You'll think that with this pandemic the rooms would be cleaner than before but absolutely not. The rug looked like it didn't see a vacuum for days. The bathroom had hair of someone else very disgusting. For the money that you pay is not fair at all!!!!

TERRIBLE stay
We had booked a reservation at the Foxwoods, which was canceled without us being notified. They tried to book us at the Grand Piquot which was booked and finally could get us in the Grand hotel portion. We had 2 bugs in our room, it was very dusty, the floor was dirty, the shower was disgusting and the toilet seat was broken.
