Great place to stay for the price. Staff was very pleasant, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Only downside I saw was the location/area was a bit unsafe feeling, but nothing too bad.

When we opened the door and walked into the room a musty smell hit you. Upon walking through the room the carpet had stains and was dirty looking. When entering the bedrooms the pillowcases on the pillows were dingy yellow looking and not where I would want to lay my head. Walked out of the room to return card key and advised the clerk we would not be staying there.

We loved it. Ten to twelve of us were there for the weekend. (Most of us bikers) It was our first time staying there. This will be our hotel on all of our trips to Maryville. Clean, spacious not to mention beautiful rooms. Walk across parking lot there's a Cook Out and a McDonald's right there. Staff is great. Can't go wrong with The Luxbury Inn.

It was like a home away from home with the front part of the room being a living room and kitchenette. There was a small hallway that lead to the bedroom area. On the tight side of the hallway was the bathroom. The closet was in the bedroom.
