“Martock White Hart”

The experience was unpleasant and ranged from the laughable to very poor. The laughable included, not having shower gel in the bathroom and when asking for some, got more shampoo. The poor included, arriving a 16:30 to be told, by someone in the car park, that the hotel would not be open until 17:30, not what we wanted to hear after a busy day travelling. Subsequently this was not a problem as we were given a front door key. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. We were made to feel as though we were an imposition especially on the first night, when I suspect we were the only guests, at least the only ones for breakfast.
