“Reasonable quality in a quiet location”

The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff friendly, the free breakfast is the standard fare expected in many of the mid price chain hotels. Located around a mile from the centre of Berkeley springs it is well position for the area.

“Not what I was looking for...”

The beds in this hotel were SO hard and uncomfortable. My room was NOT the cleanest. There was hair in the shower and blood or mud splattered on the wall above the bathroom sink. The walls were dirty in the bathroom. No elevator so we took the stairs to the 2nd floor. The air was not on when we arrived - smelled very stale and nasty. Also smelled like a smoking room when it really was not. The wood furniture was cheap... and did not give me an overall relaxed feeling. I was constantly looking for bedbugs; however, we did not find any. The check-in was EXTREMELY slow even though we pre-paid - and we didn't even check out b/c the desk clerk was too busy chatting with others. :/

“Quiet hotel for a good weekend break”

An excellent hotel in a very good, quiet location. Lovely views of the hills from the rooms. Has the feel of a cottage. There is a good restaurant just next door where one can spend a quiet evening looking at the scenery.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The pool was clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellant.

welcoming hotel with pool and restaurant. deluxe breakfast with nice selection. fitness center within walking distance. weekday visit had limited night life. thank you Best Western and Expedia
