“Off the beaten track”

If you want to get away and relax this is the place to do it. Me and my sister stayed in the Sapotille room and the view was breathtaking! Everything was really clean and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The room was naturally really fresh, we could feel a nice breeze come in even though we went in July. There was only one person in reception, she was really nice but when we needed to ask some questions it took us a while to figure out that she was staying at one of the apts too. Our taxi driver got lost so I definitely recommend you print out a map of the location or that you have the telephone number of the place. Its pretty remote, sits on top of a hill, and its really dark at night so renting a car is a good idea. I didn't and it was definitely a workout.

“Excellent value”

A little jewel with clean, comfortable rooms, a very well equipped kitchen and a great view. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (gives a new meaning to customer satisfaction). Within walking distance of the private beach and the city centre (restaurants, food stores and public beach). Quiet area (except for the ducks), very well maintained grounds, lots of free parking, free internet access. Because of drought, city cut off water, however staff ensured hot water was made available from their own cistern. Highly recommended!!!

Une belle maison dans un grand parc au calme avec vue superbe. Propriétaire aimable et souriante. Les plus : VUE superbe sur la mer. Belle maison dans un grand parc bien entretenu. Environnement calme. Belles plages à proximité. Studio spacieux, clair , fonctionnel , bien équipé et propre. Très bonne ventilation naturelle. Petits déjeuners et repas fort agréable sur la spacieuse terrasse face à la mer avec le chant des oiseaux. Les moins : très mauvaise isolation entre les studios. Il manque un micro ondes à la place du mini four rotissoire (sans intérêt). Il serait nécessaire de redonner un coup de peinture au studio mais cela reste encore acceptable. Conclusion : Une bonne adresse agréable, une propriétaire charmante, à recommander pour quelques jours. Seul bémol : on entend vraiment tous les bruits du voisinage (au dessus ET à coté) de ce fait on partage le rythme de vie des ses voisins...Malgré ce désagrément vite oublié pour tous les plus de cette endroit : je conseille vivement cette location pour son emplacement, sa vue et la gentillesse de sa propriétaire. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour le lieux.
