I can hardly fault this charming, centrally located, tranquil and lovely guest house and it's well priced. It's well run and the staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming and can speak really good English, if that's important. Nothing was too much trouble, from where to eat to finding a real estate agent. The big hotels could learn a few things from this little gem. The room was beautifully designed and felt very generous and comfortable. One very small thing, I found the bed to be hard, but the staff tried hard to improve this.
Breakfast included lovely fresh fruit, toast and all the usual continental things with delicious home-made cakes that are typical here. Dinner is ordered in the morning, but it didn't seem to cause a problem if it slipped your mind until later in the day. They pride themselves on making local dishes and always good pasta. Their house red wine is really good.
The pictures don't do this beautiful masseria justice, there are lots of places to enjoy the peace in a thoughtfully placed chair under a tree or by the inviting pool. The pool doesn't open until 23rd May (roughly) so you'll have to go to the beach if you want to swim. There was a kitchen garden, lovingly tendered, which provides for the broad selection of antipasti and a vineyard to cocoon the property was in the process of being planted while I was there. If you want to explore Puglia, this is a really good spot to be - you can easily reach the Adriatic and Ionian coast.

Stayed here for 2 nights while touring araound Puglia. Hotel looked as though it has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, everything clean, new and beautifully designed. It does have a restaurant attached but no bar and we would have liked to be able to sit out in the pleasant garden. Breakfast service was VERY slow but otherwise good.
NB The instructions for finding the hotel are INCORRECT as Google has misplaced the hotel on the map. It is actually about 2 - 3 km outside Martina Franca on the Via Taranto.
"Beautiful facilities, somewhat isolated, more B&B"
Impeccably maintained and furnished rooms, beautiful large pool and surroundings. On the outskirts and a bit off the beaten track, rather than in town, with nothing in the way of restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Thus a car is a must. Really an upscale B&B (only continental breakfast is served). Place has six rooms, and we seemed to be the only ones there for our two nights. Hosts are nice, but communication is basically in Italian, which can be a problem for those that do not speak the language. Net net, this is a nice place, but you need to be aware of what it is and is not, and how that relates to what you want. On that basis, recommend it.
Our room was in one of several restored Trulli on a beautifully landscaped site set in the midst of active farms. Our host, Hugo was terrific and very helpful in suggesting the best places to see. The stone and tile work in our room was as good as we have seen anywhere in Europe.
Immensely helpful and friendly staff from check -in to chamber maid to wait staff. The resort is lovely, quiet in October, immaculately clean and the food is very good (all 3 meals). I highly recommend this as your base if you plan to explore Puglia.

Hard to find as Expedia don't give enough info, but contact owner direct and they will provide location details.
It is different to staying in your average hotel room. Cool temperature wise inside and quite compact. Could do with comfier seating.
The owners hosted a great meal one evening which is reasonably priced. The food just kept coming. We enjoyed ourselves along with a couple more sets of guests.
Great pool area.
Had a good visit to nearby Martina Franca and watched and took part in the evening promenade, which was amazing.
