“Will stay here next time I am in Newton!”

I traveled to Newton for a wedding and stayed 4 days. Iowa in November is not a pleasant thought when flying up from the Sunshine State. And after reviewing other hotels in the area I was very apprehensive about hotels including the Americinn. I even called the front desk before booking to confirm the hotel was built October 2008. Everything seemed in order and the front desk clerk was VERY nice. Upon arrival I must say it was a pleasant surprise. There was a large lodge type front lobby, music and no smoking! Awesome sheets and bedding, ample towels, comfy bed, friendly hotel staff, clean rooms and even a little "Sport Bar" area. Breakfast every morning with gormet coffee. I can't say enough! If I was going to complain about anything it would be that the closet was somewhat small (not a big deal) but very happy to find a new, clean place like this in Newton. It made the entire trip so relaxing. I would definitely say it is worth the price (which was still reasonable)
