We arrived early from the States and could not check in, but luckily the outdoor pool was beautiful with a gorgeous view. They had cabana beds where we could relax and nap. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken. Check in time was strict for 3. The area is fabulous around the port for eats and drinks. On Sunday AM there was a market. Transportation to Cassis was easy. The ferry was not operating that day due to winds. The room was large and fabulous. The deck was large and relaxing. On the day we were leaving we noticed several items missing from our room. They investigated but we never heard from them again or had the items returned. Other than that, it was a great hotel.

Stayed here 13 years ago when it had just opened and was very pleased to see the property has been well maintained and the service was just as good.

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel at the water front overlooking the port. We took a junior suite which has a balcony and is in the shade in the afternoon. Worth the extra cost for us as we were able to relax in the evenings on the balcony. The rooms on the other side of the hotel with the city view would have the sum all afternoon. Rooftop pool was lovely and often empty. Very nice

The location is great. The parking situation is very challenging. The underground parking spaces are VERY small and can cause serious damage to the car in terms of scratches.

the hotel is in an excellent location ands a very good room layout. The facilities are excellent and the staff very helpful so we were pleased with our choice of this hotel. The only issue was a musty damp smell in our room.

Best place to stay in La Ciotat
We loved this hotel. It’s in the perfect spot overlooking the harbour. Staff are all polite and helpful. The pool was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a comfortable enjoyable stay. We originally booked 5 nights but loved it so much we added another two nights. The hotel is in the middle of many eating places and within easy walk of a well stocked food store and a sandy beach.

The only place to stay in La Ciotat - superb!
Absolutely fabulous! Superb location, wonderful harbour views, gorgeous roof top pool. Choose a junior suite with harbour view if you can, it’s well worth the extra money. We stayed in room 308, gorgeous, spacious room with terrace and a great view. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, secure onsite parking with a cost but again worth the money. Wouldn’t hesitate to return….

Great place to stay on La Ciotat harbor!
We stumbled upon this town because our room in Cassis was AWFUL so we looked for ‘nearest port in the storm’ w/a last minute room! It was perfect! Hotel is on the harbor, La Ciotat was having an outdoor harbor concert so it was lively w/locals & tourists alike. All the outdoor cafes lining the harbor were bustling, w/a huge variety of cuisine available! Shops along the side streets, very walkable area. The concert started when we were going to bed so we used white noise app to drown out the sound and fell asleep with no problem.

Excellent location harbour view rooms are lovely, with a little balcony. Very comfy bed. Pool has excellent view but unfortunately too cold to swim in! .

great 1 week stay
great hotel... nice rooftop pool with jacuzzin and sauna & steam room and great view. Staff were all lovely and helpful. stayed for a week. breakfast was 15 euro each and unlimited hot food and cold meats breads pancakes fresh juices etc.... no english tv channels. Local area is very nice, bakerys and small supermarkets all reasonably priced. Restaurant next door has a good 3 course set menu for 25 euro pp. Thats the best we found in the area. will be visiting again.

Great hotel, situated right on the marina in La Ciotat. Easy to get to bars and restaurants. Only downside is that the port/marina is currently undergoing major redevelopment and therefore there is a lot of disruption

Overlooking old marina .
Pretty location overlooking small Harbour . Front rooms can be noisy at night with local pedestrian restaurants below . Has patio double glazed doors to balcony though . Parking behind or opposite . Pool on roof . Have stayed many times for business as it nearest chain hotel to la Ciotat ship yard . It gets full as a result . 5 restaurants within short walk . Comfy beds unlike its neighbour .

Expedia told us we were walking distance from the docs for our Cruz. They lied after 140 eruo cab ride we discovered no were near marseille. While the hotel was nice, Expedia needs to give better customer service. I even spoke with their representative who assured me we were in walking distance. Shame on you Expedia

Attentive & Considerate Staff
Everything about the hotel was excellent an all details attended to. The position was also first class. The staff at reception were particularly helpful and there were no delays when we asked for assistance or information. We fully intend to return soon.

Staff extremely friendly, hotel in fab location.
Fantastic location, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tub were ideal and never busy. Would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a short getaway.
