Good location and price
The hotel was great for the value and in a location close to a lot of points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Removations were well done. Room was great with wonderful bathroom. Area was well located yet safe and quiet. Staff very helpfull and breakfast nice with good options.

Staff friendly and helpful at all times. Good location for walking to the main places or catching public transport to other areas. Construction work happening in the area - that we were prewarned about - didn’t disturb our stay at all. Good places to eat nearby and a beautiful view of the Major from the balcony!

I enjoyed walking to the hotel as it has a perfect view of the Cathedrale La Major. The single room is small but the perfect size in my opinion - not too small. The room is perfectly cleaned everyday and coffee, tea, and biscuits are replenished too. Very close to restaurants, sights, and trains/buses. The reception could do a bit of an upgrade thought. Very helpful staff at the reception.

Simple, convenient hotel
The room was spacious, recent and clean. We couldn't get a double bed which is a shame. The hotel is at the edge between a very nice neighborhood and a much less nice one, but the entrance was located on a nice street. It was a good surprise that we had views to the cathedral from the window. Lights were flickering in the room. Got locked out of the room as the lock ran out of battery. Cleaning stuff there away my toiletry items.

Hotel well located for access to the port and big local shopping mall - Terrasses du Port. Room was in the roof, small, but clean and warm. Quite expensive, but that is often the case in the South of France Surroundings feel a little rough after dark.

The property is in a good location to explore Marseille and the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked that you were gifted a small bottle of Marseille olive oil if you didn’t have your room made up! Only complaint is there was a significant hold put on my card (100€) for any potential room costs - which I had no problem with - but nearly a week after checking out I would have expected the hold to be lifted.

Great hotel
Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. 10-15 minutes walking distance to a number of museums, a sunsets over the water.

When we arrived at the hotel, we had found out our plane home had been cancelled and we would have to stay longer. Audrey and Sofia were absolutely fantastic, by helping us get connected to the wifi so we could rearrange flights, and to let us know availability of the rooms so that we could extend our stay. They were superstars!

Basic but good enough
We chose it for easy access to the cruise liner terminal. The hotel is about 10min walk from the Jolliette Station of Tram 2&3 as well as the metro. There is a Big supermarket nearby. The room is very small, not enough for opening a medium sized luggage. It's basic hotel and value for money for a short stay. The bed was quite comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with sightseeing advice.

I stayed for two nights with two friends as we were able to get single rooms each at a reasonable price. My room was great; clean, modern and with everything I needed. Single bed, but was fine for me. Had tv, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and good air con. My friend said her room smelt very bad though like bad drains but hotel was full so she didn't report it. Outside of the hotel is a very insignificant road with not much on it. But it it is only a 5 min walk to some main sites. 15 minutes from main station. So we found it very easy to get around.

Super nice and clean hotel with very friendly staf
We stayed at the hotel for a 2 day break in Marseille. The hotel was nice, very clean (recently renovated?) and central - only a 5 minute walk from the port. It's situated in a quiet, but safe area, with some nice bars and restaurants one or two streets down. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the city.
