Un séjour merveilleux

Posted 25-May-2015

Amazing hotel with amazing service

Posted 24-May-2015
I was recommends this hotel by a friend who had recently stayed there. Given that we had a 5 month old baby with us, it was with great trepidation! Nonetheless the hotel team pulled out all the stops for us. An incredibly enjoyable holiday that we wished had never ended. Everything from the rooms, decor, spa, restaurant and of course service was exceptional. The owner must be really proud of his team. We will most definitely be back!

Really and truly a diamond in the rough!

Posted 17-May-2015
Pros: The service, staff and location.
Cons: The Wifi in the rooms is poor.
I have been told that Marrakesh was dirty and too busy... Forget about all of that at the Sirayane. The hotel is amazing. The staff, the facilities, the food, the room, the spa... everything was amazing. We stayed there while my wife was 5 months pregnant and the staff made it a very comfortable stay for us. I would rate this hotel 6 stars if I could!

hotel tres chic, acceuiilant au calme.

Posted 17-May-2015

Lovely escape from the bustle of Marrekech

Posted 07-May-2015
Pros: Friendly staff, great breakfasts, lovely rooms, double bed sun loungers, chilled out atmosphere, intimate,
Cons: One or two of the dinner time staff were a bit difficult - but it could have been a language thing.
Location: 20mins from Marrakech centre. Souks, Shisha cafes, trip to atlas mountains
A lovely hotel which made us feel very special. We were a group of 4 ladies staying in two rooms - one a priviledge room (basic one but very good) and the other was an upgrade as they had capacity to upgrade for free! The owner said that they always upgrade wherever they can when they have capacity. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is intimate and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodating. The hotel has only 28 rooms which make its feel very intimate. Their is a small heated pool for the little ones and a unheated pool great for cooling off. Lovely double beds around the pool and a staff member dedicated to moving the shade and reserving your beds, and laying out towels. Felt very pampered. There is a free bus shuttle service running throughout the day and evening to take to central marrakech. The food at the hotel is wonderful - lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had lunch and dinner on several occasions. A must is the spa. The treatments are wonderful. Another must is a trip to the atlas mountains - reasonably priced if you are going as a group of 4 - 6 people. But the hike to the waterfalls by the guide was very precarious! All i can say is that our adrenalin was pumping (with fear!) while climbing up to see the 7 waterfalls. Health and safety seems to go out of the window here! There is plenty to do in Marrakech - souk shopping is another must. We are going to come again as 3 days was far to short a stay!

Impeccable service

Posted 24-Apr-2015
We have just returned from being treated like Kings for a few days. The Sirayane gave us the perfect balance, far enough away from Marrakech to relax and unwind but close enough to immerse yourself in the madness! The spa was wonderful, service excellent, food delicious.

A little haven in Marrakech!

Posted 30-Mar-2015
Pros: The staff's professionalism, the facilities, the food and the comfort.
Cons: Nothing- all perfect!
Location: Marrakech city centre a short 10 minute drive away- the Souks, gardens, palace and comptair darna are brilliant.
Before booking our trip to Marrkech I did extensive research on where to stay and the previous reviews of the Hotel Sirayane lead me to choose the hotel for our holiday. I'm so glad we stayed there as it was absolutely fantastic and I'm usually hard to please with high expectations. I cannot fault the hotel at all, the staff were very friendly and so helpful- always looking to go that extra mile for the hotel guests. The room was gorgeous, the hotel actually upgraded us for free to a deluxe room with a balcony which was lovely. Nice and clean with top notch facilities and we were able to drink the water from the tap which is a nice rarity in Arab countries. The maid came twice a day and left lovely little touches like rose petals on our pillows. The hotel facilities were great, games room where you can watch sports, play pool, have a couple of drinks and do shisha. Library with books and a computer. Two pools (one heated, one normal) with comfy sunbeds around the outside and fresh beach towels that the hotel provide. Wifi which I have to admit wasn't the best signal, but it was okay for what we needed it for. The food in the restaurant was lovely and always fresh for breakfast. The dinner menu offered traditional Morrocan and English choices so you could get a variety for different preferences, although I do recommend trying the traditional Moroccan food, particularly the pastillas as they are really unique and a must whilst in Morocco. On the first day the owner came over

Convenient and excellent service

Posted 08-Mar-2015
Pros: as above
Location: Close to Marrakech centre and excursions can be arranged further afield.
Convenient location short drive (hotel courtesy car) from hustle and bustle of Medina and also from airport. Small hotel with high levels of service and very good food and peaceful setting.
