The overall stay was nice, upon arrival, service was impeccable. We were greeted with typical mint tea, which was amazing, as our bags were taken to our rooms whole we checked in. We were told about the resort and the amenities. However, we were not told that some of the many restaurants would be closing due to Ramadan (this would have altered our first choices of lunch and dinner had we known). It took two days to get an iron to my room to iron clothes. I wasn't as persistent because we had a schedule, so I couldn't wait around either. That was disappointing. Beside that, it was a good stay overall. I would absolutely return outside of Ramadan. The hotel also made sure we had a tour guide if needed (and I would highly suggest while in the city center/souks). The resort also provided a complimentary shuttle to the city center, which eased my mind that I didn't have to deal with taxis. Again, it was a good stay.
