“A fabulous experience”

We recently stayed at the Murano Resort Marrakech.I booked it based on the website and photographs and was initially discouraged by the negative comments on Trip Advisor but decided to go with my instinct. This Hotel should carry a 5 star rating. We were upgraded to a larger suite upon arrival and were blown away by both the room, black bathrooms and the grounds. You effectively stay in your own villa. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Yes drinks are expensive but only in line with what you would expect to pay for this level of Hotel. Some of the comments about bugs etc are absurd!! This is Africa!! The swimming pools are beautiful and the whole experience meant that we left in a very chilled state. I cannott recommend this hotel highly enough and will definately be going back.

“Séjour décevant”

Nous sommes partis 5 jours à Marrakech et notre choix s'est posé sur le Murano. Nous connaissions le groupe, car nous avions séjourné au Kube à St Tropez et Murano à Paris. Quelle fût notre surprise quand nous sommes arrivés au Murano Marrakech. Suite vieillissante, déco complètement has been, propreté qui laisse à désirer, peu ou pas de serviettes, pas de produits d'accueil (pensez à prendre shampoing et gels douche) pas de chaussons. Literie plus que déplorable, matelas tachés qui se voyaient en ouvrant le lit à travers le drap( deux matelas, donc en couple, un creux en plein milieu pas très agréable.)Le ménage n'est pas du tout bien fait. PDJ et déjeuner : Mauvais Il y a plusieurs piscines, la piscine rouge est la plus grande mais pas très jolie la journée le rouge rend marron...et le soir très bizarre...Les autres piscines ne sont pas nettoyées et il y a un peu de vase au fond. On a le sentiment que l'hôtel est laissé à l'abandon, et que le strict minimum est fait. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel est gentil mais on sent bien qu'il n'y a aucun management et encore moins de la formation, en bref : AUCUN DE SERVICE. A préciser, qu'il n'y a pas de spa, pas de fitness, pas de change, pas de distributeur, pas de boutiques ( produits solaires et première nécessité) pas de navette (obliger de prendre taxi), pas de room service, pas de service de conciergerie. Pour conclure : A EVITER!

Service : .....attente constante et obliges de demander 2 ou 3 fois avant d'avoir des serviettes a la piscine chaque matin.....a 11h!!!! FORMEZ VOTRE PERSONNEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!§
