"Excellent Bed and Breakfast Close to the Action!"
We had a wonderful experience at Riad Itrane. The owners are amazing hosts and make every effort to make your stay amazing in Marrakech. They introduce you to other guests and spend time to tell you about the history of their Riad. They give you a really wonderful family-like experience while in Morocco. They really love their jobs as International Traveler Hosts and it shows. They tell you where to visit and where not to visit. Their riad is close to the restaurants, shops and street shows. Marrakech is bustling with action and this riad is on top of it all.

"Fantastic hotel"
My friend and I booked 5 nights at the Red House for a holiday in Marrakech and we both extremely pleased with our choice. We highly recommend this hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to an enormous room with two bathrooms! The breakfasts were generous and absolutely delicious -with the option to eat it by the pool, in the stunning restaurant, or in our room! The service from Abdel and his team were fantastic - from arranging free taxi transfers, making restaurant reservation, and making us a special dish that wasn't even on the menu, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for us - just a short walk in to the Medina, but being just outside meant it felt far more relaxed and safe. We enjoyed spending mornings lazing by pool and exploring the Medina in the afternoon.

"A great place to stay"
Very friendly staff with at close proximity to the main square in Marrakesh. The Riad's interior was impressive too -- tiled mosaics, a fountain in a courtyard and otherwise a very authentic Moroccan feel. Also loved our roof top breakfasts. The only issue was that is was difficult to find in the Medina -- no taxi access. This issue was circumvented however by some friendly locals pointing us in the right direction.

"Nice hotel quite close to jemal fenaa square"
I am someone who doesn't usually write reviews at hotels which I stay at or restaurants that I may eat at. However I have made an exception for Riad al Jana. From day one the staff were so welcoming and the even the hotel manager told us a few times to make ourselves at home. Mohammed (assistant manager) was very helpful as well. He contacted some of the travel agencies around marrakech with which we were travelling with. He also gave us maps of the old city and showed us a custom made map of how to get to jemal fenaa. Breakfast was baguette, jam, cheese, honey, crepes with tea/coffee and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. A traditional Moroccan breakfast which was very filling and lovely. Breakfast times were from 8:30 to 11:00 however on one occasion we had breakfast at 8:15 because we were going on a day trip to eureka valley. The hotel staff were more than willing to accommodate to our needs. Madrasah bin Yusuf and the museum of marrakech were only a few minutes walk. The souks around the Riad were more reasonably priced compared to the souks near Jemal fenaa. If I were to visit Marrakech again (hopefully sooner that later), I would consider staying in Riad al Jana.

"More like a family home rather than a hotel"
I enjoyed my stay there. Very good staff and it's so peaceful and relaxing. The only downside is finding the hotel as it's in a awkward to find location.

"The Weavers - wow, fantastic, friendly, central"
What a wonderful riad. The owners are friendly, very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Would really recommend you stay here, and take up their offer of a taxi from the airport with a guide to take you straight to the riad. Wonderful food - breakfast a delight and the evening meal we had there was very tasty. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, and the room was very clean and well equipped. To get the best and full experience of Marrakech, you can do no better than to spend time at the riad Argan. We will return, and are recommending our son to stay here when he visits Morocco in June.

"Clean, peaceful, relaxing."
Lovely riad right by the main square in the Medina. lovely cosy room, clean, with hot water, en suite, comfy bed and a safe and air con in the room. Very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was bread, jam butter, pancakes, coffee/tea and orange juice. Very good for our price range and the location is brilliant, as it is very quiet once inside the riad, you cannot hear any noise from the main square. Staff were friendly and helpful. We went as a couple and were given plenty of freedom, no questions asked and a key to the main door so we had access at all times.

"Great location, a quiet haven close to the action"
Great, quiet place to stay, very close to souks Very peaceful the staff were great, fresh breakfast of bread/cakes with jam and cheese and beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice If booking via Expedia in pounds be wary that because you have to pay cash at the hotel they base their rates in euros and it they charge at the exchange rate they have at the time - not when you booked. We were charged an extra £5 than when we booked. Difficult to find - maps of the area are very hard to follow when you first arrive and walking around for about 20 minutes we had to give in to one of the dozens of the local people offering to show us the way (at a price)

"Amazing! Beautiful Riad"
I couldn't speak more highly about this Riad. It was absolutely beautiful. You come out of the medina into a sanctuary. There are two courtyards with rooms around each. It was full the whole time we were there but as there were so many little corners to sit in, we felt we were the only people there. It's like walking into another secret world. We sunbathed quite a bit and there were different roof terraces so you were always in a different area. This didn't really matter as again we seemed to be the only people there. The staff are absolutely amazing. I loved how personal the service was. There was no signing or paying if you needed a drink, everything was settled at the end without even having to say which room you were in. It's in the perfect location. We spent equal time in the medina and the new town and it was ideal to walk to both or to get taxis. The area seemed really safe. The Riad was probably the safest I've ever felt as only guests had access. You could probably have left your door unlocked and it would have been fine. The only negative I would say was that the shower could be a bit temperamental. If I go back to marrakech this is the only place I would stay.
