“Great stay”

A great hotel away from the Medina, but only a short taxi ride away makes it's location a tranquil escape after a day surrounded by the non stop chaos. The service is absoultley faultless and the hotel and grounds very well kept. Overall a definite five star experience but it comes at a price.

“Perfect base for a romantic break in Marrakech.”

Great place for a romantic break in the sun with pool, spa and gymn facilities. Within easy reach of the centre of Marrakech without suffering from what we felt were the limitations of the Rihads - they may be fantastic for a weekend but we wanted more space to relax for a full weeks stay. We went with the intention of chilling out during the day and having good food in the evenings. The Hotel was pretty much perfect for this. The food on offer for breakfast was good as was the setting. We ate in one evening having excellent food in the Italian restaurant in the Hotel - but as we planned we ate out on the other evenings. The main point I would make is that we experienced Five star service delivered by staff who could not do too much for you. Nothing was too much trouble. The service around the pool/pool bar deserve particular mention with hourly smoothies/melon and fresh towels appearing almost as frequently. The guys arranging transportation also deseve a special mention helping to negotiate taxi prices and also safe delivery to and from the restaurants in the medina. Also great to receive such a service delivered with a smile and without prompting. 100% recommendation if you are looking for the same experience as we were. Comes at a price but if you cannot stand the heat maybe you should not be in the kitchen !

“THOROUGHLY ENJOYABLE AND DELIGHTFUL”

The hotel itself is rather beautiful being very tasteful and yet authentic at the same time. The amenities that one would expect from a Four Seasons are all provided for together with staff that have the most impeccable manners and are effortlessly charming. Almost every single member of staff made each guest feel warmly welcome and that they were able to fulfil any request at hand. Both the hotel and staff are equally able to provide for either couples who desire a romantic escape or families with children of all ages. This is seamlessly done without intrusion to one or the other given the very well thought out configuration of the separate swimming pools and all other additional facilities. My wife and I had a thoroughly delightful time and our only regret is that we did not have our children with us to share the experience. This is something that we shall address on our next visit when we look forward to a return visit as a family.

“Good place to relax”

A lovely hotel. Generally excellent staff. Gorgeous reception lounges. Beautiful roses and scent permeating the lobby. Huge bed. Deep bath. Terrace with loungers and view of atlas mountains. Extraordinary vista. Landscaped gardens, cool breezes, shaded cushioned alcove for pm snooze. Terrific... Some little gripes Asked for some ice for room, didn't get it. Pool girl said she would bring me some sun cream, didn't. Was told courtesy car was booked for us for trip to riad, wasn't Turn down service boy showed up and was more intrusive than expected. Further away frm medina than advertised. Staff told us 20 min walk to town but took 36. And got sunburned! But all in all a good place to stay
