We had a lovely stay here! Thank you to all the staff at DellaRosa who contributed to us having an amazing time in Marrakech. In particular, Baashir was a friendly face that welcomed us into the hotel, Mohammed helped us throughout the day and Karim made our poolside experiences enjoyable with excellent service! I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. I needed to leave earlier than when breakfast was offered, but they said that they would let me have breakfast earlier. Excellent service!

Waken up at 11.30pm on second night, by member of staff to get iron back, after attempting calls to check if I was in, no talk .. “Lost”within the room two pieces jewellery left first in my toiletry bag, then on last day at the bottom of my suitcase.. One pair of small earrings pearls and gold, one lapis lazuli and gold necklace.

Property is in a perfect location! That hotel manager Kamel was very helpful and always happy to see us and always liked to have a chat with us to make sure we were all happy! All staff were very helpful especially the morning concierge… brilliant!!

Took our money for the booking, my elderly and vulnerable parents had their flight changed (through no fault of their own) and arrived late. The hotel decided to charge us the full week stay and cancel the booking. The man at reception was rude, helpful and enjoyed gloating that we had lost our money. The hotel then removed my parents from the property and left them on the street - tired, alone and exhausted. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid this fraud of a hotel at all costs. Should be closed down.

The staff are so pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Location is good. Can walk to most places. I took my daughter and her friends there for my daughter's birthday. They loved the jacuzzi. Friendliest and most helpful staff....

Exceptional, outstanding, very warm and beautiful
This our first visit to Marrakech. The hotel and staff were really helpful and pleasant and friendly. Room was upgraded by the staff which we were really grateful for. Cleanliness was exceptional. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as there was a good variety of options. El Hassan and the lady at the desk were amazing people and very hospitable. We did not think we could befriend them but we did and got on very well with them. They gave us respect and guided us throughout our stay. We can not fault the hotel in anyway and will return again in future. Thankyou for your warm welcome.

Pleasant experience
The apartment was quite spacious and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was a bit repetitive but dinner had a very good variety of foods. Also there is a shop right next to the place. Overall a great place to stay in.

We had the deluxe room booked but when we got there it was not deluxe at all, it did not look like the photos. Also the shower was leaking when using this, we only stayed one night but that felt like it was too long.

Nice staff, shame about the uncleanliness.
Very nice staff at arrival. Nice welcome with tea offered etc. Shame about the room, which was in a very poor state, and very dirty - with dead insects under the window and a huge hair and fluff ball alongside the bed. The general state of the room - especially the bathroom (mouldy and with badly patched up repairs) - left a lot to be desired. When I complained about the dirty state of the room, the management changed rooms and gave us a clean one - with added touch of rose petals everywhere as an "excuse us". I advise to check state of cleanliness of room when you arrive.

All was ok but Telefon was not working I told them 1st day the phone is not working but till I check out Was not working & the bar on the roof top never see a staff and when you see one or order beer have to wait more then 1 h to get a beer

Staff were very good and polite BUT the hotel was terrible in every sense. Booked 2 nights for a £100, the booking clearly stated double bed however it had 2 single beds, when i complained i was told nothing else was available and I had to make do, after insisting on a change i was asked to pay an additional £50 for a new room with a double bed. Even the new room whilst it had a double bed was terrible, water leaking on to the floor when showering, AC dials all broken, just generally a bad experience. The only positive were the staff.

Comfortable stay. However, not much space around the compact pool. The nice roof terrace was a bonus. Sadly there was not much option with the restaurant menu. Overall, it was a good stay.

What a great hotel. After a night in the Medina it was a welcome escape from the throngs of people. The hotel is very clean and spacious with welcoming staff. The rooftop was a great place to relax. I'll 100% stay there again

Great hotel loved it!
What a great find, it's impossible to beat the price point for the quality of Dellarosa. Great and attentive staff that went above and beyond at every turn, the hotel has a great restaurant next door for breakfast and lunch along with a gym, pool and hammam on site. The only downside to the hotel (and this is slight) is it's a good 25-30 minute walk to Medina or Jemma which I didn't mind at all but for those less cardio inclined could be an issue.

good location which was an easy 20 minute walk from the old city centre. Nice, clean and secure. I will say that the gym facilities are very poor so if that's what you are looking for, go elsewhere. Also be smart with the small shops next to hotel as the prices seem to change every time you go in there for products that don't have prices written on them. Finally pre book your airport transfer (not through hotel though) as I heard from guests who didn't pre book that the hotel was going to charge a lot and taxi drivers at the airport were insisting on high charges. Overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this location.

You have a driver waiting for you in front of the airport door, with whom you will not talk for hours, who will transport you to the hotel, in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Pictures do not properly represent property. Slow check-in. Rooms needs maintenance. Especially bathrooms. Location is great and price is reasonable. Very nice rooftop terrace where you can smoke hookah and watch the city go by

I stayed at Dellarosa prior to moving on to my wedding venue. The staff were very rude towards me. The whole of my stay I placed a do not disturb sign on my bedroom door because I didn't want any staff in there as I had wedding gift boxes, my rings, etc. On the last day when I was packing up, I noticed that 6 gift boxes were missing. I questioned the staff and at first, they were saying I was lying and that it's not possible. Eventually, after waiting around for an hour, they said they had spoken to the cleaning team and in fact, it was thrown away. When I asked to speak to the manager he rudely said well what do you want me to do about that. I explained they were bought in London and my wedding was in a few days and that I should be compensated as they should not have been in my room let alone throw away my stuff. I did not need the stress before my wedding. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great stay!!
Great hotel with amazing service. Decent food options at breakfast and dinner and lots of nice facilities. We were uograded to a large suite. The staff were so helpful and accomidating. Good interenet, water pressure, hot water, it was clean and well serviced! With-in walking distance of Medina and park. It had a number of Scandinavian groups staying at the time we were there. I would definetly stay again.

The quality of the Hotel was Okay. The price matched the quality. More a Business Hotel, than a 'destination' for tourists, as it really doesn't have the charms of a traditional Riad, or a luxury hotel. Very noisy corridors, so expect to hear your neighbours return or depart. Staff were okay - not bad or not great - Possibly more a cultural attitude than a reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was average.

Liked and appreciated the complimentary cookies and tea or hors d’oeuvres in the lobby. Loved the breakfasts. Uneven friendliness and helpful attitude at the front desk. Only way to plugin cell phone is to unplug bedside lamp. No other outlets. Maybe a plug-in to outlet that allows 2 devices to be plugged in simultaneously?

Great stay!
Wonderful stay at Dellarosa. Staff went extra mile to ensure our needs were met. We originally booked a standard room but this was too small for us so we had an upgrade to junior suite free of charge and a spa on the house! Nothing was too much trouble. Very happy would definately stay here again...beautiful hotel in a perfect location and proximity to restaurants and night life etc

Good location
Reception staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us plan the rest of our trip around Morocco. Our 1st floor Standard room on our first night had a view of a wall and shabby bathroom. We were upgraded to a junior suite for our other nights which was great, light, spacious and a view over pool. All bathrooms are old and a bit shabby. Location good to walk into Medina.

the hotel is worth your money
The hotel is good and very clean. The location is fair, only 20 min walk to the Medina or train station. The breakfast is good enough for variety selections. but the bar is very expensive.
