What a wonderful hotel! Set in beautiful, lush gardens the hotel is fabulous and would suit anyone who wants to relax, eat delicious food, swim in a lovely pool etc. Ideal for couples, families, groups of friends. The rooms are plain and simple, but spotless, with a good bathroom. They overlook the stunning gardens, full of plants, flowers, palm trees, cacti etc. You wake to the gentle sound of birdsong. The hotel staff - and there were so many - are all delightful, smiling and welcoming. There are several places to eat, with a huge range of delicious food, ranging from authentic local dishes to international favourites - with lots of basics such as pizza and pasta, and lovely salads, fruits, puddings. Our six year old son loved the kids club - they played crazy golf, did drawing and painting and looked for the wild tortoises in the garden. We enjoyed relaxing by the huge pool. The hotel and gardens are immaculate. An amazing oasis of peace, tranquility and happy hotel guests.
I visited this hotel for a weekend (saturday to monday) with my sister (aged 21 and 23) and we loved it. Upon arrival the external looks extremely inviting and when you enter it gets even better. I can honestly say the pictures do not lie. We received complementary Moroccan mint tea on arrival which introduces you to the Moroccan feel. Neither of us speak French (just the basics that you learn in secondary school) but the majority of the staff are multilingual which is extremely helpful. The meals are set as a buffet which offers a huge selection for all three meals of the day which would cater for all, though the dessert selection wasn't quite to our taste. There are quite a few facilities available as well as live entertainment for the whole family. My sister struggled to connect to the wifi, we're not sure if its just her phone or the signal is weak because I always managed to stay connected. The only real negatives I would say is it is a little far out from the part of the city where you can find bars and shops but I would say that's the more 'British' side so for a real Moroccan experience using the free shuttle around that side of the city is definitely more than satisfying. In Morocco they use plug sockets with two holes, so try to bring one with you. Also, people are allowed to smoke in the bar where the entertainment takes place so if you hate smoke that may be an issue. Overall, we were both extremely happy with our trip. A great value for money!
Great all inclusive hotel in the outskirts of marrakech! My mum and me thought the hotel, the staff, customer service, the grounds, the entertainment and the food were brilliant. We are vegetarians and were impressed by the food choice for us. Yes a lot of the staff speak French but everyone is so friendly and helpful we did not find it a problem.
Close to Marrakech and its beautiful places of interestMore
We are three British ladies on a long weekend in Marrakech. We were met at the airport by a helpful friendly driver and the hotel mini bus. We received a lovely welcome at the reception from Sharieff who spoke very good English and Fatima who explained the all inclusive part of our deal. We were offered cool wet towels and a drink and then shown to our Family Suite. Our suite was very spacious with lots of wardrobe space, televisions, well stocked refrigerator, safe, a tea and coffee making facility, overlooked the gardens and we could see the road. We would have preferred a pool view but decided the room was very nice and we were not going to be in it very much. We used the three restaurants, and all of them were excellent with very good service.
The pool area and gardens were very well set out with plenty of sun beds, towels and umbrellas.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
This hotel is in a very nice setting. Hotel staff friendly. Food was great with plenty of choice. The biggest let down for us on this trip was the entertainment. The company look voyage were in charge of the entertainment. We didn't speak French they knew this but made no effort to help us get involved in activities. In fact I found some of them rude. Not a great place to stay if you do not speak French! Overall a good holiday. But remember if you don't speak French you will be entertaining yourselves:)
