The restaurant closed an hour early They didnt have a plate to use The facilities were limited and everything sticky in gym. The breakfast had eggs so small i almost thought they were from something other then a chicken. The cart for lugage got stuck and barely worked. Everything is dark and dingy outside and around the facility They increased the price without saying anything for no reason after the fact The bathroom walls were covered in stains and splotches and were dusty. Black stain in microwave and on toilet seet we were scared was something worse then a burn. There was a hole in the ceiling in bathroom someone stuffed with tissue paper to make it look repaired. But they didnt want to spend the money or time to fix it before our stay. We got a "Luxury" king suite, and they couldnt even clean it or fix a hole in the ceiling. They have no lighting in the room so we found ourselves straining our eyes the entire time. The vending machine is even extremely over priced. With a single use toothpaste tube for $2.75 The initial cost seamed to good to be true and it was true to its price. Unclean and damaged with no facilities or staff assistance at most times. I had already accepted that. But then they have the audacity to increase the charge to my card 2 days later. Do not stay here.

Very decent accommodation for a reasonable price. Bed was a little firm and lacks a cushion top. Pillows were a bit flat. I’ll bring my own next time along with my own face clothes. Good location, clean, quiet and nice that it has a restaurant option. Nice room amenities with a microwave and small fridge. I’d stay again

Fireplace did not work. It was cold in the room. The light switch on the night table kept flickering off and on so had to keep the light off. The jets in the hot tub were not strong. The room looked different than in the picture. I expected better.

I stayed there 4 nights and hotel was conveniently located for my needs in Markham. Staff was friendly, room was clean and I very much appreciated the simple continental breakfast menu (honeydew, yogurt, toast, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice) Restaurant also offered a great lunch and dinner menu. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends if they ever need to stay in that area.

No secured entrances... Anybody can enter and wonder around the hotel. Had a creepy and uncomfortable encounter with 2 separate customers staying in hotel, caught one peeking in daughter's vehicle. Reported it to Markham police, and after hearing what happend they asked us what we wanted them to do... we suggested they go speak to the customer in room #!!! and ask him why he was looking in daughter's car. Conclusion... Customer denied looking into vehicle and the other man took off in his car. DO NOT STAY HERE
