Location was amazing and breakfast was the best we had during our week of travels. But it was way overpriced for the level of service, the room size, the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that nothing seemed to be replenished unless you asked. Staff at reception and breakfast were attentive, but breakfast area was very unrelaxing. Two competing music systems on all 3 mornings we were there and very loud cafe. Take headphones if you’re neurodiverse!

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local places of interest. The room was very clean with a big bathroom and a pretty balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax in the evening, plus a drying rack. Fantastic breakfast buffet! The best breakfast buffet I had in Italy! They have parking, and the beach is a 2-min walk away. There is a paid beach with umbrellas etc., and a "free" beach 200 m away, if you just want a quick swim.

"Just about a block or so away from the beach. Not too far from the cruise port. GREAT STAFF!!!!! We had to go into Ravenna proper to return our rental car and the front desk lady arranged to have a van pick us up there to take us to the cruise port. She was WONDERFUL!"
