Really different hotel with an interesting look to the main hotel area as well s the rooms. Really enjoyed the stay here and the staff were very kind and helpful even before i had arrived. Will return one day!

Barbara, the hotel receptionist, was unbelievably helpful when my luggage didn't arrive from the airport. She telephoned and emailed the airline on my behalf. She and Clemens were so helpful in directing me in how to get to another destination by transport.
The hotel was a little hard to find, but not because of the location, the Vienna metro/trams can be a little overwhelming at first. The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful with every question I asked.
Apartment was newly renovated: marble floor, new furniture, and so on.
Location was good: 4 stops on tram to the Karl Platz - the point we started almost all our tours. Recommendation: remember the tram stop name because the tram goes underground and you will not recognize the place without knowing the stop name. We use Laurenzstrasse. It was very convenient.
There is a big food store across the street and several small stores near by (bread store and small fruits/veggie store witch was opened very late and all the holidays).
Apartment has very good kitchen with all the equipment (2 pots, frying pan, plates, caps, and so on). There is a stove, 4 burners, a hood, a fridge, and even a washer machine.
Internet was very good. It was working all the time with very good speed.
We will definitely recommend this apartment to all our friends. It is very clean, stylish, conveniently located, in old historical building (that is how we felt because of tall ceilings and almost meter thick walls). I can't wait to go back.
Not too far from the centre of the city. Take bus 14a (short ride) to Pilgramgasse subway station(line U4) , 2 stops to Karlsplatz station where you can take line U1 if you want to go to Stephansplatz first(one stop). Quiete suroundings. Helpfull owner.
