Good stay for two nights. Visiting Vienna for first time. Close to metro (5 min walk), but in "interesting" part of town. Not sure I'd walk it after dark. No restaurants or much else nearby other than s grocery store. No ice machines at hotel, which was a bit odd. However, my wife got a good massage at the spa for 60 e. Overall served its purpose.

Not so god:
- Breakfast needs more options: fruits, yogurts, etc. Black coffee was definitely not good.
- Not so central location, but easy to go at any place with metro

The room was ok and the building also... Even thought you know that is old but is fine... The location is not bad, few mins from down town. 2 cons: bad internet signal and the breakfast is not complimentary ( all the other hotels along the city include breakfast). Is 9 euros but is a good breakfast
We used the hotel as a base for exploring Vienna and found it good value and very convenient for public transport. Although it is not in a very central location there are very easy connections to the old city and other interesting locations. The hotel appears to be very efficiently run and everything we needed was there.
Nice apartment in a mixed residential and business district on the SW side of Vienna. It was very hot when we were there but the windows to the outdoors and the hallway opened for cross-ventilation. Nice kitchen. About 15 minute walk from the subway. Several local markets where we got supplies for meals cooked in the kitchen.
