The reception staff were obliging and helpful with instructions on how to get to the apartment, with tips and other advice.
My holiday got off to a great start with the location of the apartment. 2 minutes from Hotel de Ville, 5 minutes from Notre Dame, plenty of other sites close by, Metro stations everywhere.
Step out the front door to plenty of restaurants and bars.
People I was meeting in Paris were 30 minutes from Paris central via the Metro and were jealous of my apartment/location and wished that they had followed my lead.
The best decision that I made was to use Apartments Marais Beaubourg. I will certainly use them again in future travels.
I have no problem in recommending Apartments Marais Beaubourg to anyone who wants to stay in Paris.
Loved to city, loved the people. The French get a bad rap for being rude but I found them very friendly. Make the effort to speak their language and they will break out in English.

We were lucky to be rescued by another traveller in same situation who could shed some light on the process to actually he the room - a lot of trouble finding where to go as was different from original email instructions and we ended up walking around Paris looking for wifi...when we finally got there the room was great and we loved it! Just lost half a day trying to work out where to go.

Citadines Bastille Marais more than met our expectations. We had stayed at the Citadines Covent Garden in London previously, and liked having a little kitchen for making some of our own breakfasts and bag lunches, and storing cold drinks. We picked this Paris Citadines because it was the least expensive central Paris one with A/C, which we felt essential for summer. There are other cheaper ones that don't have A/C that would probably be fine in fall through spring. There are 2 Metro stations nearby that got us most places with no more than 1 transfer, and got us in with our luggage direct from Gare du Nord, and out with 1 transfer to Gare de Lyon. The #69 bus to Louvre and Eiffel tower stops across the street (search #69 bus tour on Rick Steves site). Staff were friendly, helpful and fluent in English. Room was an hour late being ready on arrival, but they compensated us with free in-house cont. breakfast next day. Breakfast OK but a bit high at 12e each. Free fairly good Coffee/Tea/Cocoa 24 hours in breakfast room. Room kitchen tiny but fairly complete. Sleeping area a bit tight, but typical for Europe. Bathroom fresh, clean, roomy, with a tub and 120v razor outlet. There were some cooking odors in the hallways, but we didn't notice them in our room. Room was on 5th floor on the main street, but noise level fairly low. In-house laundramat served our needs. Two grocery stores within a couple blocks, plus several restaurants. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.
The location of this apartment is PERFECT - only a block to the Saint Paul metro stop which easily takes you anywhere in Paris you need to go! Also lots of restaurants and pastry shops close, a grocery store two doors down.
