"Perfect for what we needed. I don't fault the staff for not being switched on to eleven at all times, but a couple of my interactions made me feel like I was a bit of a nuisance to the staff, even though I didn't request anything outside of the basic stay parameters. It's just whenever I went to speak to the desk (as you would during a multi-day stay), it just seemed like they'd rather I didn't need anything. The breakfast is good here, the breakfast staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the sleep was great. We chose this hotel specifically because of all the children's entertainment available in the other parts of the parking complex (cinema, laser tag, trampoline park, dining), so we got everything we wanted out of it. Would possibly stay again, but may choose something else next time. It's a coin flip."
