I was pleased with my experience. The staff is great, the rooms were sanitary, and the beds were very comfortable. For me, sanitation and comfort come WAY before anything else and I have to say that I was very happy with the quality of the mattress. I have a sensitive back and I cannot stay in a hotel that has low quality beds. I was very happy to find that I could get a room with great bed for the price of the average hotel.
Ok, so I'm picking on little things but that's because those are improvements I would like to see. I would stick with a particular chain of hotels if they consistently had everything I like. But don't raise the price hahaha.
Last night I stayed in a very modern, posh hotel in Nashville and my only complaint was the quality of their mattress. I expected a lot more from them in that category BUT they had a pillow menu and it made up for it. I will stay there EVERY time I go to Nashville now.

While the location has no surrounding businesses, there are plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. just a couple of miles away. I requested and got a room with microwave and fridge. The room was OK - exactly as to be expected for the price. It was quiet, even though it is close to highways. The owner was very attentive and I was made to feel very welcomed. I was there for five nights, so if I was dissatisfied, I would have left. There's the proof of my satisfaction. My requirements for a motel is that it be clean, safe and close to my work (which varies from location to location). This met all requirements. While it is not a four star hotel, it is livable, quiet and safe (I'm a woman travelling alone).
I would return there if I am sent to work in Mansfield again.

I have stayed there dozens of times. Quite literally over the past 10 years or so that the current owners have been there there has not been one thing unsatisfactory for me. The closest thing to unsatisfactory is that once or twice during the hottest summer months when everyone was filling coolers the ice machine ran dry. Just filled mine the next morning.
Each room is a little different as there is constant updating going on to keep the property in top shape. This not only shows true caring for the guests, but adds character to the hotel.
The hotel was in a great location and was very nice. The breakfast was great and the lady in charge of the breakfast was so sweet. She did a great job! There was no hot tub, which was listed on the hotel description. That was disappointing as we were coming from a running event and wanted the hot tub specifically. Other than that, no complaints.
