The staff are all amazing! They are very polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Even the one cooking eggs everyday is very nice. Cleanliness is also very good, they ensure our room is cleaned nicely everyday and all supplies well stocked. For improvement would be the overall maintenance of the rooms and the swimming area. The bathrooms need re-grouting, the a/c vents look gray, and swimming area smells greasy from being right at the back of the kitchen. The hall leading to the pool is too narrow too.

When checking in valet parking was immediate, no hassles, room was clean and simple, we took some time to have a light dinner in there restaurant which I would have top rated. I did notice they had buffet which we did not partake but prices were super. Area surrounding was difficult to get around due to the ever so present heavy traffic in Manila but walking was great.

It was fun. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.Location is accessible to shopping centers. Building is kind of old but the room is clean.Lola Maria's restaurant is the best,we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Room booked online was for a superior room but we know from our previous stay in this hotel, their superior rooms have no windows as they’re interior rooms. We upgraded to a DeLuxe room with an additional charge to get a room with a partial view of Makati Skyline. The DeLuxe room’s airconditioner was cold but the room has stll that lingering smell of bug spray or disinfectant. The flat-screen TV was working with good reception but the remote wasn’t working that we have to call housekeeping/maintenance which took almost an hour and a half before the maintenance man came telling us that he was given the wrong room number and blah-blah-blah. Room service was fast and the food was “comfort food” especially as hubby was under the weather at that time. After taking allergy medicine, he was able to sleep through the night with the cold aircondioner on the whole time. Breakfast in the morning at Lola Maria’s was “as always” delightful! Overall, our stay was comfortable and we will stay in this hotel again if we’re in the vicinity.

It was okay but at first the aircon was not on for about 2hours until I inform and complaint. I went out after I checked in. When I get back the room is still hot. I hope next time. You ensure the aircon is on when you leave the guest. This should also be turned on before the guest checked in.

the hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. parking was readily available, staff in reception noticed that I came from a long drive upon check in and even served us cold juice for relief. bellboys were helpful. the Christmas décor in the lobby was very festive

Our stay was amazing, but the air-con was not that cold. Maybe it just needs a little bit cleaning. But all in all, it was a great experience. Super amazing. Will def recommend this to my family and friends, and of course I can’t wait to book a staycation again in this hotel 😊

I had stayed here twice before and had always been assigned a room all the way the very back. I was originally being assigned to the third floor which was not acceptable at all. No elevator which was very inconvenient. The thing that I disliked the most is the cleaning of the room is done late afternoon . I wonder if they are short of manpower or the service is simply deteriorating ....

Not accommodating when it comes to sched changes
This hotel is not as accommodating when it comes to schedule changes. I’ve wanted to come in earlier and called the hotel but was told to request my changes request via Expedia.ca. I was a tourist visiting the country n earlier did my reservations via Expedia.ca. I was giving them more business but was instead redirected to an outside service provider n needed to call out overseas just to request the changes. A bit hassle n could be easily resolve but they opted to instead follow their policies instead of making an exemptions in favour of an additional business opportunity n a paying customer. Doubtful To come back to this hotel again in the future.

Had to downgrade our room the next day due to the following: 1. Stairs too steep, high and skinny. Almost impossible to bring few 50-lb luggage up and down. Had hotel bell boys carry luggages up. Situation impossible for an elderly, posed a safety risk. 2. Unit up and down had very offensive odor (smelled like sewer). Despite the cleaners attempt to deodorize, did not help 3. Requested a different room but none available, this, downgraded us to a much smaller room, at least, smelled better 4. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Good breakfast menu choices.

Great Staycation for our Family
We stayed at the Legends Villa Hotel, Mandaluyong from Dec 29, 2017 to Dec 31, 2017 to celebrate the New Year. Our 2 story Villa Suite was spacious and very comfortable (which included 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, refridgerator, coffee maker and toaster) for our family of 5 adults and one 3 yr old child. The breakfast buffet was fantastic incl omelet station, pancakes and salad bar with unlimited juices and coffee. A wide array of filipino dishes (beef tapa, pancit, egg plant, adobo, longanisa and scrambled eggs, etc.) were also available. A special thanks to the entire buffet staff incl Chef Elly, Cooks Renato, Danila, Jonathan, Pastry Vencent, Jerome, Butcher Rowel, Cold Section Edsel, Helper J.C. and Servers Frances. Val, Alex, Miko and Nica. Thank you for the gourmet breakfast buffet. Special thanks to the Front Desk Office staff incl Katrina, Jay, Rommel, John Ray, Marienelli, Xuxa and Mick. Bellmen Marvin, Henry, Jim and Melvin were great also. We will be sending a personal thank-you letter to the owner, Mr. Wyden King and his Hotel Property Manager, Jesselyn Amagan to let them know how wonderful our stay was at Legends Villa Suites Hotel and the excellent gourmet food at the breakfast buffet. Very disappointing, everyday had to call for clean towels and toilet paper, no hand towels or facecloth, no elevator. I asked to talk to supervisor because I didn’t understand why I have to call everyday for towels and toilet paper.
