“Good Comfortable Hotel”

Daughter became sick after eating a Tuna sandwich ? Electric kettle in the room did not work and was not replaced after reporting the same? Tried to charge for water from the mini bar which was not used ?

“NOT IMPRESSED !”

I booked two superiour rooms, adjoining or next to each other, non-smoking. On arrival given two seperate smoking rooms that reeked of cigaretts! Asked to be moved, sent to 7th floor one room fairly ok the other not. Shown room on 9th floor not great but by now tired and fed up after long journey. I then shared with my daughter who was not happy being on different floor from us in a hotel we felt was not acceptable. Spoke to the manager about our reservation of superior rooms and told that was what we had been given! A superior room is the basic room they have, I said this was misleading as "superior" means above standard, better then average and this was confusing for guests when booking. They did not have a proper dining room and a coffee lounge in reception was used for breakfast, the hotel was full and we waited 40 mins to be seated, not acceptable! The pictures and description bear little resemblance to the hotel we stayed in and the area was not safe to walk in after dark. A bad experience.
