Opus One - Lavishly decorated with black lacquered woodwork, crocodile leather chairs, and striking red neon chandeliers, the restaurant and bar serve modern British dishes at afternoon tea and dinner. Sample dishes include Potted Goose with Onion Bread, Smoked Haddock and Lancashire Cheese Fishcakes, and Steamed Fruit Pudding. At night, well-heeled Mancunians sip cocktails around the sleek black granite bar. Children's menu and vegetarian dishes available. Alto Terrace - Bright modern dining room serving an extensive breakfast buffet each morning, as well as lunch and dinner. In summer, tables spill out onto the al fresco terrace. The menu is light, healthy, and seasonal, showcasing the finest British ingredients prepared with a twist.

Free to use for guests, the Sienna Health Club is located in the lower ground floor of the hotel. There is a 12-metre indoor pool, steam room and sauna, and locker rooms with showers, Molton Brown toiletries and hair dryers. Personal trainers are on hand to provide assistance in the fitness room, which has cardiovascular and resistance machines, and a separate warm-up room with free weights, exercise balls and abdominal trainers.
