Very modern hotel, fab breakfast.

Posted 03-Sep-2014
Location: Location is just on the city main road in so its not in the centre, however its a good location if you are going to the Arena.
A good modern & friendly hotel,on arrival we were given a complimentary drinks voucher which was a nice surprise, the room was lovely & the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of choice on both hot & cold food & beverages. We would recommend to others & we will definitely go again.

Centrally located hotel

Posted 21-Aug-2014
Pros: Friendliness and service of staff
Cons: Nothing
Location: Less than 10 minute walk to Tram service which travels through the city to Media City UK. The hotel is also very close to shops.
From arrival at reception at 11pm, the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We received a great welcome and during our stay the staff were a pleasure to talk to. We will return in the not too distant future and will have no hesitation in recommending the Park Inn to friends and family.

Fantastic hotel and location.

Posted 13-Aug-2014
Pros: Modern, clean, good atmosphere.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Across the road from Manchester Victoria station, close to centre.
A stones throw from Manchester Victoria, this modern and stylish hotel boasts friendly, helpful staff, clean, modern interiors and comfy rooms. the beds are huge and the rooms fitted with air con. The pool and spa facilities are fab and extras are reasonably priced. Breakfast is an array of good quality and well cooked foods and there is plenty of choice. I will definitely return.

Don't be a jobs worth

Posted 11-Aug-2014
Pros: Central . Value
Cons: Service and cleanliness of changing rooms
Stayed at this hotel as it was central, good value for money and had a swimming pool. The hotel overall was ok but the staff (other than front desk) need more training on customer service. A simple smile from the bar staff would be nice and the hotels processes over room service should be improved as was told that I couldn't order room service unless I could pay in cash as my credit card hadn't been authorised dispute offering it automatically at front reception. Also have a word with the cleaners of the showers in the female changing rooms at the pool. They were very poor. Would I stay again probably but would eat and drink outside of the hotel.

Nice on the outside but not as good on the inside

Posted 09-Aug-2014
Pros: Close to city and had disabled parking at rear. Breakfast was also good quality.
Cons: The things discussed above
Location: Location was good
Our room had a horrible smell when we walked in. The bedding was very worn and pillows were inadequate. The tv was extremely small and they're aren't enough plug sockets. The wifi took ages to work. The pool was freezing and the changing rooms are ridiculously small and dirty. The whole thing looked attractive from the outside and from a distance but it was overall poor. Breakfast was the best thing !!!

Nice hotel, screaming girls/hen party

Posted 04-Aug-2014
Stay was overall good but there were a number of hen parties staying in the hotel. There was a particular group shouting and screaming at one another at 3 in the morning for well over an hour. This was for over an hour. So therefore we did not get a good nights sleep. The room was nice and breakfast good.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, nice food and comfortable rooms. In a great location too, just a 5 minute walk to the Arndale Shopping Centre. Would recommend to everyone.
