“Good Hotel”

We only spent one night at the Last Drop but found it very clean and comfortable. Nice big bedroom althought in places there is a need to update, (carpets,lampshades etc). The staff were pleasent and helpfull and overall a nice hotel for a reasonable cost.

“Mecure Last Drop Village”

Hotel has deterioated with damp in rooms and poor bar service. In addition the village is not as it was and needs a good refurbishment as does the hotel Spa had poor working facilities. We had to move room because of damp, faulty shower, water leaks from toilet. 2nd room not much better as we had to plug in the bedside lamps as no switches and also damp in room Staff pleasent and tried hard to please food from Bistro was good. No sign of Management or any offer of recompense. Very dissapointed

“Hôtel Mercure à Bolton situé dans un cadre agréable et reposant”

Hôtel proche du centre-ville de Bolton,situé dans un cadre agréable (malgré le fait qu'il soit situé près d'une zone résidentielle,ce qui n'empêche pas qu'on puisse le trouver aisément).La chambre était propre,jolie,plutôt dans le style anglais,c'est-à-dire moquette,papier peint,portraits anciens sur les murs...).Les membres du staff sont à l'écoute et réactifs aux demandes.
