I've stayed here a few times now and every time the rooms have been spot on. The service is great, and the food in the restaurant is exceptional

Central boutique hotel in Manchester

Posted 19-Dec-2014
Pros: Location. Modern decor and helpful staff
Cons: More espresso pods for the machine in the room. Instructions for machine would help.
Location: Close to the town hall and library. On the free bus route
Lovely one night stay for Xmas markets. High quality hotel in great location . Very welcoming staff.

Good Hotel Location

Posted 06-Dec-2014
Pros: Location in town
Cons: More accurate description of rooms on website. i.e. don't state you can have a monsoon shower when you can't.
Overall a good hotel in a central location. Didn't eat at hotel and booked an Executive room through Expedia with no issues. Room was average and no monsoon rain shower as promised on their website so very disappointed with that. Only stayed one night and it was fine for that but no wow factor.

Great staff shame about the room

Posted 01-Dec-2014
Unable to check into our room on time - 2 1/2 hour delay. Unable to get to sleep until after 4am as a result of noise outside hotel. Definitely not worth £145 per night.

good over all

Posted 27-Nov-2014
Great for city centre access, places to eat, Christmas market, Use Q Park nearest car park 1 min walk. Reception staff great, room was nice and clean chose executive for a bit more space. Only down side was the delays at breakfast, nobody seemed to know what was happening as you had to order cooked breakfast and several tables kept waiting ,one couple when it arrived walked out and said it was cold. Can only think where short staffed. probably wouldn't chance it again.

Very nice, comfortable hotel

Posted 13-Nov-2014
Pros: good area, hospitable staff, comfortable rooms
Cons: breakfast is a big deal - hard if you just want continental breakfast, unless you use room service
Location: Nice location, walking distance to museums and shops
had a very comfortable two night stay, nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, the lounge area is comfortable, lots of room downstairs to sit and have tea

Right in the heart of town

Posted 11-Nov-2014
Pros: Room size was lovely, plenty of room to run around and laze about. nice reception staff and food nice.
Cons: Room was cold and didn't see any options to warm it. With a 2yr old would be hard in winter. Outlet in Bathroom went directly outside.
Location: Parking was limited and expensive. Don't forget it is in a busy part of town so be prepared to be woken with revelry when the streets at night.
Loved this hotel. Nice old building, pumping city surrounding it. Though this may have been coloured by the great view WE had of the fireworks from our window. We enjoyed the closeness of the town and shopping. Good views and mostly pleasant staff.
