Pros: everything but the gym
Cons: the gym
Being able to fly into Manchester Airport and be 5 minutes away from Airline or Train service to anywhere in the UK is terrific. The hotel and staff were great. The ONLY drawback is the gym. That's a must for me, so unless they improve it, I will stay a hotel that can accommodate my needs.

Beez Neez place to stay

Posted 22-Mar-2015
Pros: Cleanliness. Clarity of signage. Ease of access. Helpful staff. great comfy bed and pillows.
Cons: Food in the bar. Was not excited by the chips which were thick ex-frozen and powdery - definite no-no for a chip lover. chicken burger just edible
Location: not sure didn't. do any nearby
It was the Beez Neez - that means excellent - place to stay in terms of comfort and friendly informative staff. From the pick up to the drop off nothing was too much trouble for the staff. No fuss to requests. Coach drivers really on the ball with customer service too. Breakfasts were really good too and available for a sensible range of hours every morning - from 5am! Good work.

One night's stay in February

Posted 16-Mar-2015
Pros: Reasonably priced. Conveniently located.
Cons: Room temperature, upon arrival, was +16 Celsius. A/C was capable to warm the room only after several hours. Not great, if you're only staying a night.
Walking distance from Manchester Airport T1 and T3. It was easy to walk to the hotel, and they also provide a free shuttle if you ring for it. Quick checkin and checkout. A nice room with sufficient facilities and business emphasis.

Ok but not great

Poor check in service. Argumentative staff. Standard uk focus on customers, ie not the US level. Food poor. Room service fast and polite. Overall, a mixed experience....

Good location. Newer construction

Across from the terminal. Very good shuttle service. Good breakfast. Good value for money overall. Newer construction, not like old British hotels.

Convenient location for our late morning flight

Posted 11-Mar-2015
Pros: The shuttle service was very prompt. The room service menu was not too overpriced. We managed a varied meal on the night of arrival. The WIFI great
Cons: Signage off the main approach to airport could be clearer Dining room prices could be lowered somewhat --the 3 course meal deal scared us away.
Checked in early-- no problem...lights were not ON in the room.. and luckily my husband being of English descent "remembered" being in such a hotel as this one other time... The lights are only activatable when the room Key card is inserted in a special holder on the wall. Then, when came time for our showers, we were surprised to find no "facecloths" -- or as the English call them 'flannels'. I guess it is the custom for Brits to bring their own.
