We stayed for 3 nights and overall didn’t have a good experience. PROS: 1) room size: it was a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 TVs, living room, dinning table, one bathroom, one bedroom and a kitchenette (there were no pans or utensils to cook with though). 2) dinner was tasty CONS: 1) elevators: old and slow elevator with no ventilation. Make sure to leave 10 minutes prior in case you have an appointment. 2) internet: not suitable for working nor streaming… weak, slow, terrible internet! 3) maintenance: just like the old elevators, appliances are due for an update - the AC in our bedroom had major leakage issues and the sink faucet in the bathroom dripped water at all times, and the corridor of the 15th floor (the one we stayed) smelled old. 4) breakfast wasn’t the best but was ok (unlike dinner that was very good). For the next stay we would prefer a regular hotel (instead of an “apart-hotel”), something like Quality or Mercury that are also in the same region (Adrianopolis).

Clean hotel and nice location but internet was not great and went in/out at times and was not good at all in the bedroom. Only one elevator working for such a large hotel.

Clean and Comfortable
The rooms were well kept and very clean, though very sparse in decoration. The hotel is reasonably well located to the center that a quick trip by Uber or Taxi will get you to where you want to go. Checkin was simple and straightforward. The breakfast was not huge when compared to other hotels, but was well laid out and tasty.

I slipped and fell in the shower because there were no shower mats to prevent slipping, I will take 4-6 weeks to recover as will another women who also fell the same day and suffered significant head injuries. this hotel is in violation of Brazilian Law that hotel must provide safe accommodations in accordance with your age. I am 75.

The hotel seemed to be within 20 minutes of everything I wanted to see. The staff was extremely professional even leaving items in the room that I hadn't requested but turned out to extra helpful. I would stay again with zero doubts.

Nice big rooms, good service. It would be nice if the washbasins had plugs and hot water, to make shaving easier - I fixed this with a tub from the kitchen (service) and water from the kettle.

A comfortable stay
A comfortable stay though the hotel is a.bit far from shops and places to visit. The staff are very helpful despite limited knowledge of English. Panoramic views of the city and great sunsets over the Amazon from the roof top pool area. Breakfast is great and definitely not to be missed! P

Efficient apartments. Breakfast good. Staff great!
We were in Manaus for work, but also did what we could to enjoy the river and the city. This apartment hotel worked very well for us. We stayed for three weeks, and were very satisfied. The only problem was, occasionally when the regular cleaning crew wasn't on duty, the backup crew was sub-par. The regular crew that came most of the time was fantastic.

I spent three days at the hotel and found it to be average. The room (or flat) is comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is disappointing and should be given a miss. The hotel staff are very friendly and always pleased to assist.
