Everything was very good front personal was the best everything clean it’s a beautiful place to stay .only one problem with personal from house keeping she was not friendly it bothered her when I asked for towel's and she was skipping my room all the time so sad only one person the rest was very professional .

Dentro de todo servicio y limpieza 10/10 pero separe una habitacion con dos camas y estaban ocupadas por lo que hubo q usar un sofa cama que le quedo pequeño a mi hijo. Por lo demas todo bien.

The breakfast is horrible they served the same eggs and boiled Canadian bacon everyday no other options management never change the menu and I was there 7 days

Close to shopping and restaurants. They had a polite attentive bartender. Otherwise, dirty shower doors, food stained comforter turned face down on the bed even after requesting it be replaced, understaffed to the point where you need to remind staff of simple requests, reserving a king room and getting two queens. Pool water that smells like sewage indicates the pool may not have proper chemicals for safety. This property was a disappointment in many ways.

The hotel was clean and majority of the staff were nice and friendly. The area is not tourist friendly as majority of the people that we encountered did not speak English and were not friendly to outsiders.

The staff were super rude and unprofessional, the hotel was very dirty! The pool was moldy and in our bedroom coffee maker we found dirt inside, it had not been washed in months. The paint in the room and bathroom was peeling off and mold was visible all over the room. Puerto Rico ppl was super proud and mean. No costumes service.

The hotel was clean, which I liked alot. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was not great but ok. The scrambled eggs had no flavor and the pancakes were hard instead of fluffy. Other than that I’m happy with my stay.
