"Last minute choice on way back to States 2 nights."
The staff was fantastic. Concierge was instrumental in arranging late transfer from Nadi. Also accommodated our late departure. Everything went smoothly. Great musicians, happy staff. Food was good. Spa is idyllic and had a great massage.
From the arrival to the departure our visit was unbelievably amazing. The lagoon is beautiful. The accomadations are amazing. If there weren't so many things to do in the beautiful lagoon it would be hard to leave the rooms at all. The customer service is like no other. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were very generous.

Likuliku Lagoon Resort is a haven of subtle luxury and the first and only resort in Fiji with over-water bures. It is a …More
The Tropica staff are friendly and the entire stay was very seamless and relaxing. They took care of all the luggage transfers and seemed to keep tabs on all the guests and their particular needs. The activities centre happily supplied us with kayaks, snorkel gear, paddleboards and sail boats whenever we wanted and the surrounding water was calm and beautiful for snorkelling. Food was generally very good, although the service can be a bit slow and forgetful. I thought the cocktails were too sweet and not very well-crafted, but the happy hour prices are decent. No TVs or wifi in the lower-numbered bures allowed us to truly unplug. The day trips to go snorkelling or visit the village are quite expensive and this was the biggest downside of the resort for me.
Beautiful location to fully relax. Vinaka Tropica!
Beautiful island with beautiful people. The grounds were kept in pristine condition and the beach could t have been more perfect. We stayed on the island for 6 nights and didn't want to leave. There were nightly games which brought everyone on the small island together. The staff could not have been a more generous group of people. More than the island, I will miss the people! We can't wait to go back.
The natural beauty of Mana is what draws us back. If you are after a 5 star resort experience this place isn't for you, particularly in view of the ongoing renovations. The renovations didn't disturb our stay at all apart from the fact that only one restaurant is in operation so we did at times have to wait for a table. However, the beaches and snorkelling are wonderful. Be sure to visit beautiful Sunset Beach. We will be back again, hopefully to stay in one of the new bures on North Beach which are in a great spot.
Check in was prompt and efficient. 2 bed villa wonderfully spacious and clean. On arrival though there were Not enough towels in the room for everyone and no beach towels. Bathroom towels sorted within a few hours. Pool towels took 24 hours to sort and we had to share 3 beach towels between 4 of us. tried to refresh the beach towels during our stay and this took 24 hours too.
My children can't eat dairy or gluten and found the chef in the trader cafe to be very helpful with this. The food at dicks place was good. Staff overall at the resort were friendly but some, in some parts of the resort were slow and had to be asked a few times for the same thing. I don't think this was an example of fiji time, but more unenthusiastic individuals.
The resort doesn't have kids club but travelling with older children this wasn't a problem as they entertained themselves, they enjoyed the beach activities and the snorkelling. For families with younger children (3 to 6) a more family focused resort might suit.
We loved having the bikes to get around but only two were included with the room. The price for extra bikes were a bit steep so we just shared the 2 bikes between 4.
The resort is very clean and well looked after with modern and new facilities in some parts. There is a little trader store to buy water and snacks or an ice cream.
We has a wonderful relaxing stay.
A group of small islands offshore from Nadi, the Mamanucas are ringed by sandy beaches, turquoise to pastel green waters, and coral reefs. Access is a quick hop from Nadi via boat or plane transfer, and accommodation options range from budget to luxury, and bures (traditional thatch-roof huts) through to exclusive beachfront villas. Scuba diving and snorkelling in this region comes highly recommended.
