5/5 Excellent
"I enjoyed our time and felt looked after through our stay. The pool and spa facilities were superb with helpful staff. We found all the staff were helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Even when the pool had to be closed for one hour we were kept well informed on the reopening schedule. In fact we found all staff very friendly in every department of the hotel from room maids to Resturant/ room service to bar and front desk staff. "

"The service from the staff was excellent and they couldn't of been more helpful. The food selection was great and cooked perfectly. Sadly some of the edges of carpet around the building is either missing or damaged. I can only assume this just happens with consistent use over a long period of time. Perhaps consider replacing the carpets in the building in the future when costs permit? One other minor thing would be to put power outlets closer to the bedside to allow phone charging at night without it being on the other side of the room. (Perhaps install just little USB ones?)"

"Great for families. The location is great and the room plenty big enough for our needs. Breakfast was great especially as included in the price. Would recommend and will be using again "

"Exceptional customer service from every member of the team. It was clear that they were motivated to help. The venue offers one of the best relaxed spa (affordable) experiences compared to others that I have had. For example compared to where you are given a time slot and the facilities have not always been as good this venue is not restrictive on how long you want to spend on your 'wellbeing' in the spa. I would go back without hesitation. Highly recommend to others. Shout out to Chloe who was amazing looking after us at dinner and Ollie a superstar"
