The only drawback was the water lorry’s parking outside my room most morning 7.30/8.00 which woke me up. The room and staff were good.

I stayed 7 nights from the 24th of November to the 1st of December. Cleaner was fantastic and so friendly. Staff at the desk very helpful. Lovely pool outdoors and inside. Nothing but good things to say I had a fantastic time.

Staff are friendly and basically available 24/7 . The hotel has a nice location and offers a lot of extra services . The hotel may need some maintenance but for travelers that are not looking for something luxurious, the general conditions and price are great .

Great staff and location, with a nice on site restaurant and Pizzeria. Outdoor and indoor pools were nice (indoor is very small ). Rooms were dated but very comfortable beds, small balcony, and working air con. Definitely pay extra for the breakfast, it is totally worth it with a huge selection of the buffet. Only criticism was the elevators conking out regularly. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay at if you want great value for money.

Very dated decor. Very low water pressure in the shower and water only came out lukewarm. Little things need fixing around the room like loose doorhandles and plugpoints that don’t work.

Wow, what an amazing hotel I kind of faulted room was massive with a balcony maid service every day free safe in the room I cannot fault it It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in

Another great Topaz stay
Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Check-in and checkout was quick and straightforward. Requests for room type were met. Large comfy bed, big balcony and ample desk and chair space. Great value.

The pool was nice, if a bit cold, and he tiles around the pool are quite slippery when wet so please be careful. The room was small but clean, however I could feel all of the springs in the mattress. The staff were very friendly during the check in and check out process.

Was a nice stay. Just there was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom! Nevertheless it was clean every day. Room was confortable too.

I recently stayed at Topaz with my 9 year-old son. We extended our stay and I'm returning in a few weeks. The hotel is good value for money and Ideal base for exploring the Island. It's not in fantastic condition but is kept very clean and has all main room and hotel facilities. The hotel has a relaxed environment and staff met any requests, e.g fan, kettle etc speedily. The staff cleaning the rooms do an excellent job. The room air con can be a bit hit and miss but on this occasion the room air-con was great despite nights being 27. Pool is full-size with plenty of sun-beds.

We've been there before. Rooms with a pool view are nice however this time we were given a horrible one. Home is much better. Shower is old and dirty, even bathroom door ia with loovers You can smell or see through it. Pool is nice

We like it on the whole
The morning receptionist is a gem while the night receptionist has been a nightmare very impolite and doesn’t know what she is doing but on our last stay she improved a lot from a month ago. The food is good according to who is the restaurant manager we noticed, there is a shift with an eccellente manager and all the food comes up top notch and the service too and there is a shift where everything is below average. The rooms have always been clean and if there was any problem they would do their utmost to solve it. This rating is done not from a one time customer but we been booking there different times in the last 11 months sometimes even twice a month. Love the outdoor pool.
