The service and staff was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. They kindly extended our check out time with no fuss. As lovely as Malta is it was the hotel, the view and the welcoming staff that made it a superb break. We would definitely go there again.

“Great 5 Star Service & Relaxing Atmosphere”

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Not "Perfect" for couples as there were a lot of families and small kids when we went so not a lot of privacy, but the hotel staff & facilities cannot be faulted.. Our room was spacious - and the walk in shower was great ;) (but I do think we had a disabled room for some reason) make sure you put your "please do not disturb" sign out though as the staff are very keen to clean your room!

Staff were excellant, friendly and welcomiing, nothing too much trouble for them..Facilities were all outstanding. We took advantage of the Westin executive club and really enjoyed that experiance, weel worth the little bit extra in cost, no complaints at all for our stay, position of hotel was beautiful, right on the coastline, would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family as they catered to all our needs with a few special extra touches that were appreciated.eg. a complimentary welcome bottle of wine ora welcome drink in restaurant with dinner

“Wonderful first family holiday!!!!”

First family holiday with a 18 month old and we were very pleased with our entire experience room. Which was a corner room with a large patio. The room was large and spacious, the hotel was modern and had been recently renovated. Although we had a few minor hiccups the manager was quick and generous to compensate for the issue. The staff are very family friendly as in all of Malta. Walking distance from the main part of St Julian's as well as a local supermarket. I would definately recommend this hotel for anyone, families, couples etc etc

My wife and I stayed at the Westin for Christmas and New Year. The service, food and facilities were excellent! We highly recommend the Westin as an all round luxury hotel that has something for everyone We had a particularly enjoyable Christmas lunch at the Quadro Restaurant complements to the Chef, management and staff
