“Great Value”

This hotel was a great value for the price paid. I was completely satisfied. Great location.

“Loved it, loved it, loved it !”

I was really worried about this hotel after I read the negative reviews, but what a nice surprise I received when we arrived. The hotel is in a fabulous location of St Paul's Bay, which is the quieter side of the Buggiba resort. The hotel was well maintained and looked recently decorated. We got a beautiful room with a sea view to die for - we spent several evenings sitting on the balcony just taking in the view. The room was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. We had a self catering studio, and the kitchen was small but well equipped to make a basic meal. The rooms also had air con and a TV (not much use if you don't speak Maltese !) The hotel had a small rooftop pool with jacuzzi, sunlounge, and a bar. There was also a games room, internet access, sauna and games room. We didn't use the restuarant because of the numerous eateries in the resort, but from what I saw of the menu the food looked reasonaby priced. The staff were freindly and courteous at all times. We loved staying here, I was very impressed.

the room and sun terrace were lovely with amazing views over the bay, the hotel staff were pleasant and respectful. i would go back tomorrow.

all and all i feel the staff there was very friendly,always very helpful, if you needed something done or changed in your room they would take care of it. rooms very very nice and made you feel like homey.love the kitchenette idea.beautiful view from balcony love the quietness. no rowdy people. beautiful rooftop. and all staff members very friendly and smiles. you have to ease up when working with public. all and all FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!! P.S. mr. Frank, its the wrong line of work for you. you must be more friendly with customers there is nothing wrong with smiling .if we are friendly with you then be friendly with people.take your co-workers as a GREAT example. SMILE

“Great Position but not 4*”

If you want peace and quiet after a day sightseeing, this hotel is for you. About half a mile from the busy part of Bugibba and the bus stop is literally at the front door (the only way to travel!). The staff on the whole were kind and helpful and for a cheap hotel (we stayed out of season) it was relatively comfortable. We had a triple room which had a kitchen/diner area and a lovely view from the right of our very large window. There were pluses and minuses but on the whole would stay again providing we had same sort of room.

we as a family enjoyed our stay, the hotel room was very big and value for our money, the pool was upstairs which was good as there was i good view of the sea.

“Good Value for Money”

The one-bedroom apartment, although basic, was clean, and spacious. There was a bath with a shower, toilet, hand-basin and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The bedroom was twin bedded with plenty of storage space. Kitchen had a full sized cooker and fridge, an electric kettle & toaster and crockery and cutlery for 4 people. The living room was L shaped with a dining room, settee and two arm chairs, a TV, coffee table. There was a small balcony with a side sea-view. Decor was slightly dated. Overall this was a very good accommodation and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would most definitely return to this hotel again.
