From our personal correspondence with the spa and reception staff before our arrival I had a good feeling about this holiday and was certainly not disappointed. All staff were friendly cheerful and professional to all guests without exception, jumping in and out of various languages with great ease. This really added to the holiday experience. The extra touches for our birthday celebration were gratefully received. The room was very comfortable and the venue great for relaxation, with plenty to see and do nearby as the mood takes you. The spa Hammam experience was just something else and highly recommended. The staff are what made this place, from the reception, chambermaids, waiters, waitresses, restaurant managers, bar staff, porter, therapists, were so cheerful and helpful and I am sure plenty more behind the scenes. Thank you.
Myself and two friends spent a week here in October. Room with terrace and beautiful view was lovely and well maintained by a great housekeeping staff. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the dining staff friendly. Transportation desk was helpful and quick to arrange transportation. Nice gift shop in lobby. Lounge was lovely with music nightly. Tiki bar was fun with small tiki huts to have a drink and light fare. Those with walking issues would need to take a cab to downtown or make use of the morning free shuttle. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Just loved the hotel and loved Malta!!
We have been coming to Malta for over 30 years and have experienced the shortcomings of Maltese customer service and their ratings of hotels, however this was refreshingly positive. The hotel and its staff were up to international standards, it was a pleasure to stay here and we will be returning.

Before flying hom to Barcelona, i treated my friend a wonderful and relaxing day in the Palace. I just got him out of hospital and the staff at the reception was very helpful with providing us a room before check in time so he could have a rest. The stay in the hotel was super! One small detail: we had to call housekeeping because we couldn't find the switch of the light on top of the cubboard. And neither could they! We just disconnected the lamp!
First, they welcome you with a cold drink. Then, you go to the room and that was a breath taking moment. A beautiful view of the bay and you hear the bell from the church. Highly recommend the room with the view.

We had a lovely time in Bella Vista; the staff were really friendly. We stayed in one of the Bella Vista suites and it was very spacious, clean and the air conditioning was perfect in the middle of July! We had a lovely view from our balcony, the breakfast had lots of choice and the bus stop outside was very handy for getting around the island without any trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel as considering the price I paid it exceeded my expectations greatly. Overall, a lovely hotel.
