“Incredibly noisy hotel with minimum comfort”
I stayed at the Baystreet for 4 nights in mid-september 2011. The even-numbered rooms face the shopping center which has numerous loud restaurants and bars. Teenagers and young adults were partying every day until 2.00am or later and it was impossible tro get decent sleep Shower was leaking and there was mold in the bathroom -- do not expect any comfort If you must stay there, try to get an odd-numbered room -- I hear they are quieter
“Første og siste gang på dette Hotellet”
Vi ankom hotellet lørdag 15-10-11.Sengeteppet på min seng var fult av flekker,min kones seng var der flere lange svarte hår.Gulvet på rummet var veldig skittent og på toalettet randt vannet hele tiden.Føneren var også ødelagt.Jeg ringte i resepsjonen og forlanget nytt rom tre ganger,fikk ikke opmerksomhet i heletatt.Safen og fjernkontroll til tv var ikke inkludert i prisen på et 4stjerners hotell.Dette hotellet er etter vår mening et 2stjerners hotell.
“Bruyant et inconfortable”
L'hôtel est placé dans un centre commercial avec des boîtes de nuit à proximité, d'où beaucoup de bruit extérieur, mais aussi à l'intérieur car il semble être l'hotel choisit pour les séjours linguistiques scolaires... Nous avions une chambre pour 3, avec des lits simples de largeur différente, pas de couverture, un couvre-lit usé, des draps tachés. Les sommiers cassés ont été remplacés par des planches, les matelas étaient à jeter. La baignoire fuyait, et le nombre de serviettes était aléatoire d'un jour à l'autre... Sinon, il est bien situé pour trouver des restaurants pas trop cher et pour prendre le bus, vu qu'il est au terminus d'une des lignes, on est sur de pouvoir monter dedans...
“Hotel Baystreet à Malte: dans un centre commercial”
L'hôtel baystreet est un 4 étoile qui ne vaut pas son appelation 4 étoile. Les chambres sont spacieux et propres. Le personnel est sympa. Toutefois l'hôtel se situe près d'un centre commercial et à côté des bars et discothèques; autant dire que l'endroit est assez bruyant notamment la nuit. D'autre part le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoile. En revanche l'avantage, c'est que l'hôtel se situe à 5 ou 10 minutes à pied de l'arrêt. ce qui est très partique pour visiter toute l'île.
“Just what we were looking for”
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Baystreet Hotel for a week. We both were extremely happy with the hotel. It was clean, we got fresh towels every day, breakfast was fresh and had quite a bit of selection (even hot food). Staff was very nice and helpful. It is very close to the party area and just what we wanted. We were lucky and got a room with a balcony which was very nice. A lot of young people stayed at the hotel and you could hear them occasionally, however it did not keep us awake. Obviously if you are looking for a nice quiet place, then this should not be your first choice. However it is very central and great value for your money. If you are looking to have a good time, not want to pay too much and just want a comfortable, clean room; then this is the perfect hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat if I could! :)
“Hotel Baystreet di Malta-zona molto buona”
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 6 al 13 settembre 2010. La posizione è ottima, perchè si trova proprio in un centro commerciale e nel cuore della movida maltese... La fermata dei bus è vicina, c'è una piccola spiaggetta a pochi metri... L'unica pecca è stata la pulizia. Non cambiano le lenzuola ogni giorno, ho dovuto chiedere io di farlo, in una settimana non hanno mai spazzato nella camera e fuori al balconcino, non hanno mai spolverato, e tutto questo è inaccettabile, dato che si parla di un 4 stelle, che poi per me non ha nulla di un 4 stelle! Alla reception conoscono quasi tutti l'italiano e sono abbastanza cordiali. Un bell'hotel, peccato per la non pulizia!

Das Hotel war, nicht unbedingt 4 Sterne, aber 3 Sterne wert. Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung. Das Bad hatte ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Bedingt durch den Duschvorhang lief das Wasser beim Duschen zwangsläufig auf den Fußboden. Deswegen ist der Türrahmen und die Tür im unteren Bereich komplett aufgequollen und schwarz. Hier wurde zwar "notdürftig" versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen, jedoch recht erfolglos. Dies ist aber nur eine Randerscheinung. Empfehlenswert ist das Hotel für Urlauber die Nightlife suchen, den werden Sie hier finden. Es ist, bedingt durch die Umgebung, laut. Allerdings für das passende Klientil, optimal geeignet. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Einkaufszentrum und mitten im Nachtleben (keine Kritik - nur Feststellung) und nur eine Strassenbreite vom "kleinen" sauberen Strand entfernt. Auf der Rückwärtigen Seite ist ein park der nicht zum Hotel gehört, aber trotzdem, je nach Lage des Zimmers, schön anzusehen ist. Der Frühstücksraum ist auf der Terrasse des Einkaufszentrum und in ordnung. Bedingt durch die Jahreszeit (Februar) recht frisch. Frühstück ist für die Verhältnisse in ordnung. Alles in allem, wie geschrieben, für Nachtschwärmer sehr geeignet. Leider wurde mir am Telefon (Nebensaison sei es nicht so laut) was anderes gesagt.
