“Not a high end hotel but a decent one”

The hotel is only a five min walk from Malmö central railway station, so coming from Copenhagen airport it is quite convenient. From the outside quite a basic building. Reception area with a fire place and the restaurant. Rooms and corridors quite basic but at least the rooms seemed quite clean, bathrooms okay and the bed comfortable. There is free wifi in the hotel, you just need to go to the reception every two days to get a new login password but that is no issue. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffe included in the room price is good with quite a bit of options of bread, cereals, eggs and a couple of hot food. Overall a decent hotel, not at all a high end hotel but okay for a couple of days for a business trip.

“Good location”

Not cheap, but excellent location if you want to be close to Slagthuset, and it's just 5 min walk from Central station. The hotel seems old, but it's clean and quiet, and the breakfast buffet is very good.

“Weiterempfehlung? Jein”

Für ein Wochenende mit vielen Besichtigungen ok, aber kein Urlaubs- oder Arbeitshotel für mehrere Tage + Das Frühstücksbuffet, die Nähe zu Innenstadt, Bahnhof und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr gute Dusche, großer Raum, freies WLAN - Raum nicht sauber (Spinnenweben, SEHR dreckige Fenster, Flecken an den Wänden, Kekskrümel wurden über Tage nicht entfernt) Keine Möglichkeit tagsüber Kaffee oder Tee zu bekommen Nur Einzelbetten Fenster lassen sich kaum öffnen (im Winter kein Problem, im Sommer wird es wegen der großen Fensterfront sehr heiß werden), am Wochenende etwas laut

“The First Jorgen Koch Hotel Malmo Sweden”

it is near the station, very nice employee, good breakfast, free coffee and tea facilities. The only thing we misses is a bath but the shower was okay

Area recommendations
We walked a lot and we recommand the center and the place near the tower with there new houses. Also walking in the different parks is nice.

we had very good weather 18-25 oktober, much of sun, a lot of colors of the trees, not to busy

“sehr still und nah am bahnhof”

das hotel war relativ günstig und der service war gut. nachts gab es keinen lärm. alles in allem empfehlenswert :)
