“Das Hotel Viva Sun Village liegt günstig in Alcudia nahe den Bergen und dem Strand”

Wer zum Wandern oder Fahrradfahren nach Mallorca kommt, findet in diesem strandnahen Hotel eine günstige Ausgangsposition. Die Berge im Westen sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, ebenso der Naturpark im Osten. Der sehr schöne Sandstrand etwa 200m entfernt lädt überdies zu einem entspannten Badetag ein. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst ist in Bungalows aufgeteilt, was eine schöne Wohnatmosphäre sichert.

“ruhige Lage in zweiter Reihe, aber alles Notwendige (Strand, Geschäfte, Lokale) sehr gut zu erreiche”

Nette Hotel-Anlage mit zweistöckigen Reihen-Bungalows. Unser Zimmer roch etwas muffig (war wahrscheinlich einige Tage unbelegt und verschlossen - wir waren in der Nachsaison dort). Dafür gab es eine kleine Kochecke - für Selbstversorger sehr praktisch. Ansonsten können wir zum Angebot der Einrichtung wenig sagen, da wir meist den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Sportplätze (Squash, Tennis) waren in der Nähe, ein Pool gehört zur Anlage, am Abend gab es Unterhaltungsshows. Umfangreiches Frühsstücksbuffet. Bis auf das Muffige war die Unterkunft für uns (Paar, 49 J.) völlig okay.

“Familienhotel ohne besonderen Komfort”

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und hebt sich durch die Aufteilung in kleine Einzelhäuser mit je 4 Zimmern (alle mit Terrasse oder Balkon) in einer schönen Gartenanlage positiv von den üblichen Touristenbunkern ab. Es ist auf Familien mit Kindern ausgerichtet und für solche bestens geeignet. Die Ansprüche an Raumgrösse und Hotelservice dürfen allerdings nicht zu hoch sein. So wurden die Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gemacht und an der Rezeption war das Personal eher kurz angebunden. Eine wichtige dort hinterlassene Telefonnachricht wurde nicht weitergegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war o.k.
