“Not Impressed with rooms.”

I'm not impressed with this hotel. It's not really a 4 start. We must have gotten the worst room in the whole place. The room was across the street from a loud bar. The shower had mold and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was not very helpful regarding things to do around the island. The only good part about the hotel was the great location. It is right on the beach. The food was also good.

“enjoyable stay”

Sigle room occupancy, very spacious with a double bed. Very clean with room cleaned on a dialy basis. Varied menu with lots to choose from.

“4th visit”

This hotel is right on the water front at Palma Nova. Rather than being a tower block it is 4 stories high which makes it much more attractive. There is plenty of lounge space as well as outside area round the pool (there is also an indoor pool). Of its type (buffet service for fairly large numbers) the restaurant is perfectly adequate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and those with a sea view look out over the bay towards Palma. Palma Nova itself is much quieter and more attractive than the nearby Magaluf. We expect to be returning in the future.

“Good hotel in great location, will visit again”

Very good hotel. Location is spot on, can not go wrong with it. Rooms are specious, we paid extra for sea view room with balcony and it was well worth it. Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel generally have entertainment on evenings, most of the time it was piano which did not appeal that much, but one evening it was magic show, which looked good from setup but we narrowly missed it. Interior might need updating, but generally clean and well kept. breakfast was ok.

für kurze Reise gut geeignet, da zentral gelegen und mit ausreichendem Komfort. Bei Sonderpreisen stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

“Lage am Strand, soweit alles OK!”

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber soweit sauber und OK! Das Essen war gut, abends jeweils 3 Fisch -und Fleischgerichte. In der Bar Live-Klaviermusik, ganz schön! Im Winter war das Hotel gut geheizt. Außerhalb der Saison keinerlei Verkehrslärm, richtig ruhig! Direkt am Strand gelegen. Zimmer entweder Meerblick oder Blick in den Ort und weitere Hotels. Personal freundlich!

“Direttamente su spiaggia tranquilla, mare pulito, in zona animata ma non caotica”

Se non ci si lascia impressionare dalla struttura vecchio stile e in alcuni aspetti non rinnovata, l'hotel ha un servizio molto attento al cliente e decisamente confortevole. E' uno dei pochi ad affacciarsi direttamente sulla spiaggia, separato solo da una piccola strada pedonale. Il buffet è molto vario e ricco, può capitare qualche pietanza meno fresca e di peggiore qualità, ma si tratta di eccezioni e non della regola. L'atmosfera è molto tranquilla e riposante ma niente affatto noiosa. La piscina pulita e molto rilassante con un grazioso snack bar con affaccio sul mare e servizio molto sollecito. L'animazione serale di buon livello. Molto adatto a famiglie, a coppie mature o anziane, non adatto ai giovani che cercano movida perché la località pur essendo molto animata e piena di negozi e locali è comunque familiare e sufficientemente tranquilla. Molto comodo il collegamento autobus per esplorare la splendida città di Palma a meno di 20 km.
