The hotel and staff were amazing. For some reason the main dining restaurant was never open meaning that there was only one option during our stay. Over the first weekend this option was fine, the food and the staff were great. On the second weekend the service in this restaurant went dramatically downhill! Food came out cold, undercooked, or not at all! It was hard to understand what happened, but it very disappointing and meant we had to travel in to Palma (not too far) to get a decent meal.

great swimming pools and kids club for my grandaughter. Lacking a snack cafe where you can have a light lunch or drink. Also lack of waiting staff around the swimming pools so we had to go and find someone to get a drink or an ice-cream. They need a less formal cafe around the pools.

Wonderful for a family
Had a lovely stay at Sheraton. The grounds are beautiful. The highlight of the stay was the staff who were wonderful - especially all staff at breakfast and in La Bodega Del Green.

This is a first class hotel, with outstanding service from professional staff across the board. Gorgeous hotel, location, and views. The outdoor dining facilites are first rate. The food was excellent at all times. The pool, spa, saunas, and massages were top notch. Rooms exceptionally clean and cleaning service excellent. We were pampered and treated by every employee as if they truly appreciated our choice to stay at their hotel. Kudo's to the hotel's leadership and obvious attention to detail in every aspect of their operation.

The straff were very friendly and the rooms comfortable. The surroundings are just beautiful and if you like golf, this is the place to go. The breakfast was 5 star, first time I have had Fresh carrot and ginger juice at a breakfast buffet.

Pick this one!
Wonderful hotel with super nice staff! Huge clean rooms and perfectly manicured grounds with multiple pools. Great breakfast buffet! Perfect for golfers or families looking for a quiet 5 star stay in Mallorca. It’s about a 10 minute drive by taxi to the downtown. Highly recommend this hotel!

Top class 5* hotel
We had a junior suite with garden view and double length balcony. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had half board-the food was excellent although the menu became a bit 'samey' after a few days. This is very much a hotel aimed at golfers so perhaps consider a different hotel if you don't play golf as there is no entertainment etc.

An amazing haven!
The hotel was nesstked in beautiful Arabella not too far from the city center. The service was impeccable from organizing our airport transfer to making dinner reservations as often as we needed. Facility was clean, welcoming and very serene. The golf course was breathtaking and enjoyable to play. My family and I plan on coming here again for a longer stay this time.

In a lovely quiet setting
This hotel is in a peaceful location away from traffic and noise. staff are friendly and helpful. Spa is excellent the pool a good size. I travelled there in late September there were very few children there during my stay. I had stayed in their sister hotel near by so knew the area and wanted a relaxing stay so chose this hotel for this reason. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. 2 choice of restaurant food was excellent, and good service. There is a good bus route into Palma a short walk from the hotel which was good and on time, or taxi takes 15 Mins

Good international golf hotel
We stayed in August which seems to be a quiet month for the hotel. As one of the other reviewers points out, this hotel seems to cater for the German golfer so few other children and teenagers...which may be a good thing. Our 11 and 13 yer were not bothered as this was a chill out trip and they read and swam. The hotel is a 10 minute ride from the airport so unless you want to explore by car, you won't need a car. The rooms are clean and modern with on demand tv and the type of international/business style one comes to expect at this level of accommodation. No baths, only showers in our rooms. Little capsule type coffee machine in the rooms and the coffee was topped up daily. The gym is in another log cabin/pagoda type building.Fully air conditioned with 2 tread mills, 2 bikes, 2 steppers, one chest machine and a leg curl machine. Exercise mats and some dumb bells complete the set up in a reasonable gym. All the machines seemed to have ipod docks.

Palma and the hotel
Palma de Mallorca is a beautiful city, the buildings, the monuments, the sea port, the beaches, the cleanliness, the quiet but vibrant atmosphere is incredible, also the shops. The hotel is magnificent, so big with only 92 rooms. A little too far from downtown Palma, greetings

Peaceful and Luxurious hotel
This hotel was wonderful. The room, bathroom, views were all lovely. Swam in the outdoor pool which was very pleasant with comfortable lounge chairs in your choice of sun or shade. The golf course was scenic but a difficult one to play. The complementary buffet breakfast was elegant and delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel for a sumptuous, relaxing vacation.
