The hotel features 68 suites located in a single or two-storey blocks. Decor throughout is rustic style, with high-pitched slate ceilings, exposed wooden beams and Mallorcan marble (high-quality textured stone) floors and bathrooms. Cream walls are decorated with modern art, while coir matting, rattan chairs and terracotta lamps complete the rustic-chic look. Beds have romantic drapes or canopies.
Minimalist bathrooms feature Mallorcan marble walls and large, partly-sunken bathtubs. All suites have minibars, satellite television, and complimentary wireless Internet access.

Guests of the Pula Suites Hotel enjoy a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning with hot dishes cooked to order.
S'Oronella - International and regional dishes are served in a Mallorcan farmhouse-style dining room with high-pitched ceiling and exposed beams. Open for breakfast and dinner serving first courses from a buffet and main dishes cooked to order. Fish is the restaurant speciality, and a gourmet tasting menu is offered twice a week. Breakfast can be taken on the patio in warm weather.
Lounge bar - Stylish rustic-chic decor in earthy colours with modern art wall panels, wicker chairs, soft cotton sofas and potted plants. Tall windows offer panoramic views over unspoiled countryside to the sea. Informal lunches are served here, or out on the courtyard terrace. The menu offers sandwiches, salads, and more substantial dishes such as paella.

Pula Golf & Spa was great! It was a little out of the way, but if you want to get away from Palma and drive to the East coast of Mallorca, it was a very nice destination and homebase to tour the surrounding towns. The resort is beautiful, and the suites were very nice. A standard suite was larger than I had expected: king bed, large closet, separate living room with television, pull-out sofa, mini bar, safe, and a small balcony with 2 lounge chairs and 2 regular chairs. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. We only encountered a few problems (slow drains, the tub faucet would not flow), but overall we were very pleased with the experience. We chose breakfast included (but not half-board) and breakfast was DEFINITELY worth it. Delicious spread including hot food (bacon, sausage, fried and scrambled eggs, frittata), pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, jams, the list goes on and on. I was surprised because usually a breakfast buffet is not this nice. They even provided Cava for mimosas or just to drink. A lovely espresso/coffee machine was also provided for the guests. Though we did not buy half board, we did dine at the resort 2 nights a la carte, and the food was very good, not 5 star, but I thought my food was tasty. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to sit by the beautiful outdoor pool because there were never enough chairs! Oh well. The indoor spa area is great, heated pools, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, and the massages we got were wonderful.

Insgesamt ok. Man hat den Eindruck, dass das Hotel schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. Díe Anlage ist schön der Golfplatz gepflegt, aber dennoch fehlten Gemütlichkeit und umfangreicheres Serviceangebot. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle äußerst bemüht und zuvorkommend (an denen lag es nicht). Dagegen gewisser Investitionsstau zu beobachten. Massageraum war kalt, die Restauration im Golfclub spärlich und z.T. geschlossen. Halfwaystation hätte man sich auch gewünscht.

Für eine objektiv bessere Beurteilung war der Frühstücksservice ( Aufmerksamkeit,Abräumen etc. ) mehr als schleppend...für ein 5 Sterne Hotel fast provokativ !! Das Buffet und die Getränke ( Carimali SB Kaffeespezialitätenmaschine ) lassen keine Wünsche offen !!
